Country Charm Coffee — Restaurant in Anna

Today was my first visit to Country Charm Coffee. I got an iced salted caramel latte which tasted good. I also got a blueberry scone which was excellent. Don't think I've ever had a scone before and I would absolutely order more of these and would recommend getting them warmed up.

The reason I have given this review 4 stars is I feel the customer service was lacking but has the potential to be great. When I came in the employees looked towards me but did not greet me. They did bring my stuff out to me, but one of them did not respond to me when I thanked her but the other did. I was sitting next to one of the owners and he did not speak to me, which I assumed because he was working on something, but he did speak with a customer that ordered after me introducing himself and speaking with her. That made me feel like chopped liver as I feel I did not receive the same experience as my fellow customers.

I was hoping to experience the country charm, but I did not feel I received the same experience as others that have enjoyed their respected experiences. With my experience, I would suggest making the first impression the lasting expression with greeting the customers with a country charm that will immediately capture the attention of the customer. Service with a smile is a great encouragement, and adding value to them by greeting and speaking with them goes a long way. I'm someone that thrives off encouragement, and that would make my day and want me to continue giving my business.

This is the cutest little coffee shop and the name says it all! It has so much charm! This afternoon I spent almost 2 hours here meeting with two of my friends. I had never been and I am not a regular coffee drinker. I asked them if they could make me a drink I will sometimes get at Starbucks. White chocolate mocha with a pump of caramel with oat milk. To say they nailed it was an understatement. It tasted better than the one I get at Starbucks and it’s cheaper! That’s not the end of my review. Not only did they make me a drink that wasn’t on their board, but as I was visiting with my friends I noticed the owner making a drink that looked to be a peach matcha. Over the spring I fell in love with Starbucks lavender Matcha and it is now discontinued. I asked the owner if they could make me one of those next time I come. He not only said yes but he also shared his peach matcha drink between the three of us so we could sample it. It was amazing!
