Cold Stone Creamery — Restaurant in Annandale

Brought my family here. Portion sizes are 2/3rds the size of other Coldstones. Don't go to this one. The lady working there insisted each individual single Oreo is +$1.19 per (as seen on my receipt), as an additional mix-in. Every other Coldstone I've ever been to has charged $1.19 for two Oreos. I asked if she was sure and she said yes. This is after I requested six Oreos mixed in, only when it came time to charge did she say it's an additional $1.19 x 5 (with the first mix-in being free). I'm never going back to this Coldstone, and I recommend you never go to it either, over literally any other Coldstone. It baffles me that they have a 5.0 rating. They aren't running the business the way that it should be run. I felt ripped off and taken...

Had the coffee ice cream in a chocolate-dipped waffle cup, absolutely delicious! Creamy, rich, and the perfect crunch. Customer service was top-notch, super friendly team. Huge shoutout to the manager, leading with a smile and making sure everyone left happy. Definitely coming back for more...
