I also tried their Silpancho, and it transported me straight to Cochabamba—it's just as good as the real deal from its homeland. Every bite was a taste of home. To my surprise, the owner, Camila, and I share a special connection—we both went to Jeb Stuart High School back in the ’80s. I was so looking forward to trying this place and was disappointed to find out initially that they weren’t open every day. Finally made it here. The ordering process was easy and they had my salteñas ready when I arrived. Everything went downhill from there. They were the most expensive I’ve had probably ever. The bottom was burnt. They were small, and the flavor was way off. They tasted like they had been made a few days ago. There was little chicken. There was no juice as everything had been absorbed. My initial excitement quickly faded after the first bite. Sadly, I will not be coming back. For a place with salteña in the name, it definitely missed the mark. Back to Bread,...

We love Camila's salteñas! They are a bit different from salteñas we've had elsewhere, but delicious nevertheless. Looking forward to returning to try their other fare. We've only had takeout because we're often on the go, but I've noticed that the seating area is cosy and welcoming. It would be great for a quiet chat with a friend.
