Mi Tierra Deli Alexandria — Restaurant in Virginia

This place is far from "the best salvadorian food " , this place was a whole lot better when it was just a kitchen in the back , the amount of employees does not equal out the amount of customers they have especially during the weekend. The manager Guillermo refused to refund my money after giving me the incorrect taco order. Refused to give the owners name . Instead insisted i drive all the way back just to show him the tacos and then he could swap them out. No respect for a customer time or money . This was not the first time a mistaken order has occurred but will definetly be the last becuase after 4 year of going there i will be taking my money to the taqueria up the street near the carwash or to Tikal , Casa Grande , many better options in the annandale area.

Este lugar está lejos de ser "la mejor comida salvadoreña", este lugar era mucho mejor cuando era solo una cocina en la parte de atrás, la cantidad de empleados no es igual a la cantidad de clientes que tienen especialmente durante el fin de semana. El gerente Guillermo se negó a devolverme el dinero después de darme el pedido incorrecto de tacos. Se negó a dar el nombre de los propietarios. En cambio, insistí en que condujera todo el camino de regreso solo para mostrarle los tacos y luego podría cambiarlos. Sin respeto por el tiempo o dinero de un cliente. Esta no fue la primera vez que se produjo un pedido equivocado, pero definitivamente será la última porque después de 4 años de ir allí, llevaré mi dinero a la taquería calle arriba cerca del lavado de autos oa Tikal, Casa Grande, muchas mejores opciones en el área...

Look, I’ve been coming here since I was a kid. I truly love mi Terria, but one thing for sure business is always business and it should be conducted as is! I placed an order on the phone, and I specifically asked if they had “ Atol de Elote “ and they said no. I come in pick up my order and see not one, or two but 4 CUPS! And I just called and asked if they had some and said no? But serve someone what I CALLED AND ASKED TO ORDER and was told “ oh well “ in Spanish and got ignored, and was called problematic from an employee which wouldn’t give me her name but I took her picture, and was just treated poorly. In alllllll my years of going here I’ve never experienced it. I’ve always been accommodated or helped, they know my family and I’ve came as a kid like I said, this was beyond upsetting. First time I went the cashiers were rude but the food was great. The next time I went the cashiers were nice but the food was not so good. Rice beans were so bad that I'm surprised they actually served them. Beans were dry and hard, rice was very dry. It was really bad vs the 1st time the it was probably the top 3 best rice/beans I ever had. The asada the first time was tender, cooked just right with little to no fat. 2nd time the piece of meat was a lot smaller, over cooked, burned on the edges, dry and had a lot of fat/gristle.

To me consistency is where any business truly shines. So far Mi Tierra hasn't been consistent. Many years ago before they expanded the consistency was there. Now with so many customers it seems difficult for...
