I went to this Arby's tonight to get some dinner for me and my daughters. It was Friday August 17th, 2023 at approximately 8:48pm. While ordering my food at the drive-thru speaker, my daughters and I noticed a bad attitude and bad comments from the woman taking our order through the speaker. She had it absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever and she could care less. Every time I would order something and she would ask me if I wanted anything else, she would sigh and the tone of her voice was absolutely horrible and it showed nothing but a bad attitude. After ordering my food, I pulled around and there were two cars in front of me. We waited for over 15 minutes and the line did not move at all. The car directly in front of me pulled out and left instead of waiting for their food. I decided to do the same thing, but before leaving the parking lot, I decided to pull around to the front and walk inside to see what was going on. When I walked inside all three of the females that were on duty were on their phones and standing around talking. none of them were doing any type of work whatsoever! When they noticed that I had walked in, they asked if I needed help and I told them that I could not wait in the drive-thru any longer and that one car had already left because of the wait and that I decided to walk in to see what was going on. They all had horrible attitudes and were very mouthy, claiming that they were cooking the food fresh. None of what they said was true. After deciding to leave without getting my food, I drove around and the people that was sitting at the drive thru window when I first got there, was still sitting there. I told them exactly why their food had been taking so long. When I got home tonight I decided to look at the other reviews of this Arby's and from looking at the reviews I can tell that this crew of workers is absolutely ruining your business. The story that I am telling in this review has been told multiple times in this review section from other customers as well. You need to fire each and every one of them and get a new crop of workers there that are actually going to work and keep your business going, instead of running your restaurant out of business.    Read moreWent through the drive thru today with the family and some friends and ordered $70 worth of food. Upon arriving home we started handing out the food to its prospective recipients and discovered several discrepancies. 1) my wife's loaded Italian sub was made with moldy bread. 2) my sons 1/2 lb beef and cheddar sandwich had a hair in it. 3) we were missing 1 each of the following items: an original roast beef and cheddar, and an order of cheese sticks. My wife attempted to place a call to the store to speak with the manager 3 times without an answer on the 4th attempt the manager answered the phone and my wife began to describe the above grievances to him. Now I understand that it was lunch rush but the manager was very rude and complained because he had to answer the phone, and then proceeded to state that he didn't have time to deal with the situation but that if we called back after lunch he would address the situation, or we could contact corporate. I understand that there is a current shortage of quality employees, however there is no excuse for a manager to act the way he did. Pulled around to pay and get the food, and she'd already forgotten half of our order (there were no other customers inside OR outside at this time). We reminded her and she handed us a drink, and the bags of food. I did what everyone does when they get fast food--I ate a French fry. But it was VERY old, not even warm to the touch. It felt like it had been sitting out in oil for quite some time. I love those curly fries, but these were totally inedible. Getting into the bag of food to hand off the orders, and realized they completely left my sandwiches off the order, although they were on the receipt and had been paid for AND discussed twice. I also tasted a chicken tender and it was hard as a rock and not warm at all. It was evidently sitting out for awhile, just like the fries. I am really disappointed about the poor service I had tonight, as this location is very convenient for me, and my family really enjoys arby's quite a bit.
