I would give this place 0 stars if I could. It's always something. If you plan on going here you always end up wasting some money. My husband called a week ago and told them they left a large fry out of our order and they said they would write our name down for it. I asked for it today, and they wanted to know who we spoke to a week ago.. IDK bc they said they would write our name down. So I could tell by the way she was talking to her employee that she didn't want to give me the fries that I used my hard earned money to pay for. There is always something missing, something cold, something not made right. I didn't even complain about the other order I had last week where I paid for tomatoes they didn't even put on my sandwich. Then tonight the sprite I ordered my husband had no syrup. It was straight carbonation. So even though they decided to give me my fries that I paid for last week, I still ended up paying for a drink that was undrinkable. I had to leave and go to Jack's after I drove home bc my husband really wanted a sprite and once again this place failed to get something else right. I never expect anything for free but I believe in getting what I paid for. I know they probably have those that try to con them out of stuff. Instead of the manager going to look for our names written on a list of "I owe a customer this" (bc I'm sure they have plenty), she slung a large fry in the smallest bag they had on top of my husband's two cheeseburgers. They were sticking out of the top getting colder than they all ready were. I just don't understand people's attitudes. If you mess something up, take responsibility for it. Learn good customer service. This place has no values when it comes to their customers or serving a great product. I will probably stop going here but I know they don't care. Obviously customers mean nothing to them. McDonalds is too big a food chain so they don't really pride themselves on what should ultimately matter most. But shout out to those locations who do an awesome job... The Greenbrier location and Anniston Quintard are pretty good for the most part! McDonalds start taking pride in who you hire to take care of your customers! Also if you're going to charge for sauce, make your employees ring it up. I usually round my change up to help Ronald McDonald House but when your employees still want to charge for condiments and they just throw the change in a cup... sounds like they have a side hustle. I would rather my money go to helping the charity than supplying their cigarette habits. Btw this is the only location I have ever had charge for extra sauce besides Oxford but they put my change in the cash register instead of a cup. And I don't usually give bad reviews but you can tell by the reviews on here that this place has a serious problem....
Read moreWhat is going on with Lenlock McDonald's? The following occurred during standard lunchtime. Myself and another woman pulled into the two drive thru lanes then two other cars pulled behind the two of us. Not receiving acknowledgement, I said Hello quite loud. Received no response. Again two more times, I said loudly Hello Anyone There? The lady in the other lane looked at me, then she began saying Hello to the squak box. Finally, someone responded with "do you want to use your rewards". I gave my order and went to the first window. As I paid, I asked the cashier if all employees had been in an extended meeting since drive thru customers were calling out to order lunch. The cashier leaned forward on her elbows, grinning, and said no. I drove forward. A woman just hands my food to me. I told her that drive thru customers thought they were closed. She just grinned, put hand on hip, and stated sarcastically, "No, we're not closed". I write this in detail because these people have absolutely no idea how to treat customers. Today's attitude of the two employees I encountered, is example of the kind of service I've witnessed for the last couple of months, at this one location. If these employees were not trained correctly, then the manager should be relieved of duties. If the employees were correctly trained, then they each should be retrained or dismissed. Neither of them shine a positive light on McDonald's. I've endured enough sloppy/lazy service from this McDonald's location. I...
Read moreI would like to say the night shift staff are always kind and helpful. On 1/14/2024 we went at 11 pm to get two Bacon Quater Pounders with no onions and hot chocolate before heading back to Gadsden. We were going to check our bags, but we waited in line, for over 20 minutes and we were so tired. Not sure if they were short-staffed. When we did place our order and got home, I looked at the food and saw there was no bacon on both burgers I called the McDonalds and talked to a woman who asked when we were coming back to town, and I told her Tuesday. She said they could make the meal or give us a refund. We just wanted a refund for the bacon part since bacon costs a few dollars extra. We went to McDonald's today and were told they could only remake the burgers and no refund for anything. We were very upset about this and will not be coming back there. We called the corporate office already, they said they would reach out to the owner. We also are going to get ahold of the BBB since this is not the first time, I had issues with the management there. Years ago, my family and I witnessed the manager fussing at an employee right in front of many customers. It ticked us off to where we left without finishing our meals. Not sure if it is new management now or not, but the manager now is just as bad if they won't fix all these mistakes and try to stop the...
