This is by far the worst Burgerking I have ever been to! The worst customer service! I ordered 5 brisket whoppers for the first time. My family all thought there was nothing exciting about them. Until later one of our family members ate theirs and we all noticed that his actually had brisket on it. The first 4 didn't. I called the restaurant and some female who stated that she was the manager answered the phone. I told her what had happened and she said she had to call the general manager who was on shift when we ordered to see what she wanted to do. She said she would call back but never did. I called back after 2 hours and they kept hanging up the phone. I finally got through and the so called manager told me that the general manager said that the I had to take the food in order to replace it. When I asked the manager I was speaking with for her name and the name of the manager she hung up. I called several times again but I got hung up on again! Very unprofessional, especially when it was a mistake they did! I called the next day and asked for the manager, yet another very unprofessional young lady answered the phone and claimed to he a manager. She refused to give me her name saying "I can't give names sorry" and said I needed to speak with the general manager the next day at 4pm but also refused to give me his name. This is reduculous! The lack of professionalism is soo unbelievable. I would stay away from this place if I were you. I know I am. Read moreI’ve had some of the worst experiences at this Burger King location. The service is absolutely terrible, and the attitude of the employees is beyond unacceptable. They act like helping customers is a burden, and their lack of professionalism is shocking.
One time, it took forever for my food to come out—even though there wasn’t a long line. The wait was ridiculous for what should’ve been a quick stop. On top of that, there have been multiple occasions when they were supposed to be open, but the doors were locked, and the drive-thru was closed. What’s the point of posted hours if they aren’t followed?
To make matters worse, the speaker in the drive-thru is so messed up that you can barely hear or understand anything. It makes ordering a frustrating and time-consuming process. This location seriously needs better management and customer service training. I won’t be coming back...
Read moreCame to this Burger King at 11:26pm nobody would answer the drive thru until we said “Hello” asked for my order and was told their grill was off and it would take 30 minutes to reheat, we said we were ok with that and the girl sounded upset about it. We said we would wait and she repeated herself “ you are going to wait”? We came to the window to pay and she kept talking to another co-worker on the headset saying “it’s still preheating” I don’t understand how they close at 12 so everyone that comes 40 minutes before closing time they turn down by saying their grill is off?
