I’ve had my fair share of experiences at fast-food chains, but this Sonic location takes the crown for being the absolute WORST. It’s a shame because the old location was so much better, and I never expected service to decline this drastically.

First of all, the ordering process was an absolute disaster. My mother-in-law had to repeat herself multiple times for something as simple as ordering a “Number 13.” The drive-thru attendant asked ridiculous questions like, “Which number?” and “Yeah, but what is it?” Are you kidding me? How do you not know your own menu?

After finally managing to get the order in, they gave me the wrong change. Then, after we paid, we had to wait an eternity. A girl came to the window and asked for our order again—AFTER WE PAID. I repeated everything only for her to look confused, tell me my total (again, after I already paid), and then walk away.

The cherry on top? A guy finally came back with ONE bag of food. When I started checking the order, he had the audacity to ask, “Are you done?” Uh, NO, because you forgot my drinks and the rest of my food. After a solid hour of back-and-forth confusion, they finally got the full order together.

And if that wasn’t bad enough, my family gave this place another shot a few days later, only to be let down again. On the phone, I heard the staff using unprofessional phrases like “okay bet,” and once again, they completely messed up the order.

It’s clear they’ve hired a team of clueless, unprofessional people who have no idea what they’re doing. For me to spend $40 and wait a whole hour for wrong orders and bad service is unacceptable.

DO NOT COME HERE. The service is unprofessional, the staff is incompetent, and the wait times are ridiculous. Save your money and go somewhere that values your time. I’ll...

Friendly service, generous portions and very accomodating for particular orders. I was impressed with how expansive the menu is: you can get jalapeno poppers and ice cream!

It's great that they will bring food right out to the car. Also, compared to other local Sonics, this one has less of a wait. I love that there's a Sonic this far out so I got to support it. They're open too when other establishments are not, so I appreciate that, especially if I want a hot meal later at night. The last time I visited, they even advertised that they were open on Christmas, I feel for the workers but hopefully they get compensated for working during a holiday. I hope that the employees are well treated as they always treat us so well.

My only comment is that it does take a while for fast...

Food is alright but ive already been there twice at different times of day and they have messed up my order on both occassions. On both occasions they charged for the Triple Smasher (which is what i ordered) but only put two patties on the burger. And on both occasions when i asked for tots they gave me fries instead

So quick tip: if you go to this location ALWAYS check your order THOROUGHLY if not you might end up paying for food you're not even...
