Terrible experience at this location. The young lady took my order through drive thru on foot because the dining room is closed. Two other cars ordered after I did and preceeded to pull up and get their order and leave without waiting. After seeing this I went to the window and asked them why two other orders were taken and the people got their food and I was stil waiting. I was told I had a larger order than they did. Well, that shouldn't have mattered. Everyone's time is valuable. It should be first come first serve. I asked for extra ice in my drinks to which they put 1/4 ice in each large drink and not a full cup. My order was missing a chicken breast. The tacos were mushy and fell apart the minute you picked them up. I did not get my receipt either. The shift manager Robert was very sarcastic when I told him that my ELD was ticking down and he said well you have your job and this is mine when asked why I had an extended wait. The girl working driving thru said my receipt was in the bag which it wasn't. I asked to talk to the general manager and was told that she was out with COVID. It was a terrible experience. The total came out to be $ 26.00 which one does not mind paying when people are appreciative for your business and make sure the food is fixed to perfection. As a truck driver I have to eat out often . I love taco Bell, but this restaurant sucks. I will not be back. The Taco bell/ KFC in Williams AZ and Ozark Arkansas is wonderful. Read moreThe service stinks here my order was messed up then the fountain area is so nasty and then the tables finally found one clean. This place is so unhealthy from this uncleanliness. Tables from the angle I took them doesn’t show dirty but they was very dirty. Only put a star so I could make a review so very disappointed in this place and there is no one but us here pretty disappointed very much can’t believe this place!!!!!! When I was manger of a restaurant in the past cleanliness and getting orders right and make a great restaurant as a whole was top priority.!! The restaurant would had been shut down if it would has been reported this way and no open until place was spotless and all workers understood their job. Not one time I had to do this cause my workers and I took pride in where we work and the people we served. Let's not talk about the state of the sitting area... we did not sit. We ordered. Waited and watched cars go thru drive thru. Finally one group went from before us and asked for food. Manager came and asked us our order numbers. It's now 15 minutes. Wait wait wait. Got first bag of food at 30 minutes! Wrong. Second bag 8 minutes later. Last bag came at 46 minutes of waiting in lobby. While there were at least two more groups behind us manager didnt care. No comps offered. Food was NOT WORTH THE WAIT. One grouped asked for a refund. Was denied and told 5 minutes. They already had been there 30. When we left it had been another almost 10 minutes for them with no food in sight. We will be getting a hold...
