I see all the poor comments. That is a serious failure. My turn - This has happened several times, now. We use the mobile app to submit the order and drive over. It's a 5-6 minute drive. My 3 drinks were not ready. I waited as the attendant served the 3 walk-in customers. When she finished, I asked about my order. She said she had not realized it had printed. She started it, but another person came in; she took his order, filled it, and then continued with mine (why?). It took 22 minutes from time of mobile order to completion. Several weeks ago, it took more than 30 minutes (same thing - cleared the lobby of customers and then started my order). This time, I asked why it took so long. She said they don't always see the printed orders. If that is what happened today and previously (or maybe they ignored it to catch up with the walk-ins), then the mobile solution is poor (and any advertisement to save time by ordering ahead is misleading). Read moreIt would be really great if people who are not using "Curbside Pickup" STOP parking in the spot reserved for "Curbside Pickup". I placed an order for curbside pickup, when I got to the store, there was someone parked in the reserved spot. So following the instructions on the app "If a curbside spot is not available, park in any parking spot and put your hazards on. Someone will bring your order out to you". Well needless to say I sat in my car for 20-25min before finally going in the store. The associates didn't even bother look for my car or bring out my order, they just put it in the pick up location.
So I ask again, if you are not using curbside pickup. DO NOT PARK IN THE RESERVED SPOT FOR CURBSIDE...
