Stopped by today for the very first time and met Ken who was extremely helpful. I was in the market for a bass guitar with active pickups, and despite the shop being very small, the selection of basses and guitars was impressive. Prices were very fair for the market too.

I ended up finding an Epiphone 5-String bass that fit the bill for what I was looking for. I think it was an EPM-5.

Then I saw a nice used Schecter Diamond Series out of the corner of my eye, and had to have that too because they just play incredibly well.

Also picked up a Jackson Dinky, and some accessories on my way to the register (guitar straps, a tuner, and some wall hangers).

My son and I will definitely be coming back, because the personal service was great and I’d rather give my money to a local business than a typical big box...

I had been looking for an Epiphone J 200 to complement my Gibson J 45. I travel to Arizona often and usually try to rent a guitar while I am traveling. I have rented from Lost Dutchman more than once. This time I went in and found the perfect guitar for what I have been looking for which just happened to be accompanied by the perfect price point! The guys at Lost Dutchman are honest and fair and always seem to have something to peak my interest. The only mistake I made was not buying both of the J 200s that he had on hand given the quality and price point. I took my Randall head in due to our singer setting a open bottle of water on top of it, which got knocked over and shorted it out 2 days later Ken calls and said it was fixed, he replaced 2 fuses under the circuit board that were blown. I figured it might be a pricey fix but was pleasantly surprised when handed the bill.
