I ordered food for me and my wife from the location here at apache trail and Idaho Rd. in apache junction. After ordering the 2 meals, I intentionally waited longer than normal to leave home due to being used to my food not being ready when I get there AFTER receiving the notification that it is. When i got to the store, there was a line of 9 groups of people almost out the door. I followed the directions given to me by the app to walk up to the cash register and request the mobile order under my name.
I was greeted by other people standing frustrated also waiting for their food that had arrived before me. I spoke to a team member who asked for my mobile order name and when I gave it to them, they let me know they would go start making it right now. this was ordered 30+ min prior. one of the customers next to me asked about there mobile order and they, again, asked there name. When they were told, they proceeded to go start working on their food instead of mine (acceptable as they had been waiting even longer) in the 15 minutes that I had now been waiting at the register, I watched this other person repeat their name to 4 different staff before they were acknowledged.
When they finally made my order, they let me know that there were Ingredients that weren't even ready that they had to cook and it would be another 5 to 10 minutes. I stood in disbelief as people that had come into the Restaurant WITHOUT ordering before hand after i had arrived , walked through the line picking out what they wanted to eat, Received their food and left while the rest of us stood there (mobile/online orders)
I work in the customer service business and no matter what there excuse is, the process that's in place is broken and doesn't function. the advantage to online ordering and being digitally notified is not having to wait in a line or be at the location for a long period of time.
DONOT ORDER from this location if your expecting to be able to pick your food up in a timely manner as you will actually be in and out faster if you go in as a normal customer. before I left I asked the name of the manager on shift and was given the name Shane after it was whispered from him to one of his staff to tell me.
I hope they get there location in order but I will not be going back here or relying on this location again...

Once we got there to pick up our food in the drive through, we were told (after a 10 minute wait for someone) that because "they stopped cooking we needed to come inside because our order was missing items". Turns out, 4 of the 6 items we ordered they already ran out of. We already paid online so went inside to cancel the order and get our money back. The manager working stated she didn't know what to do, so called her boss and handed the phone to my husband because she was too busy trying to fix all the other orders that were messed up. Well, the manager my husband spoke to gave ZERO care that this is happening and told him to "call the 800 number because there is nothing I can do". Sitting here in the parking lot for 20 minutes now and still on hold with the 800 number. This has been the worst customer experience we have had in years. The manager inside saw that we were still in the parking lot and came out to see if we were able to get iour refund taken care of. We told her we are still on hold. She apologized stating her manager left the store early and that they are struggling and don't even know how to close the regesters without their manager. She said the manager told them to stop cooking at 8:30 due to slow orders. What restaurant stops cooking TWO HOURS before closing on a Saturday???? And then to have absolutely no care about the customer, this was horrible!! We will not be coming back to Panda Express, they have officially lost us...

I suspect you didnāt write it on the screen either so when I got home and read the receipt showed up be whatever you choose to throw in the 2 box and ring up. Hahahah how funny. some business and their employees arenāt even good at hiding this gaslighting, passive, aggressive, Behavior. You knew exactly what I said and wanted. Having me repeat myself was only for your pleasure along with knowingly and willingly fixing up my order incorrectly. simply because you can and you find pleasure in being petty no matter how small. Thatās why people get away with it. Itās made out to be an honest mistake In hopes someone will have a negative reaction so you can get a laugh or come here and do exactly what Iām doing.Hahahahah I appreciate your honest hard work, and being responsible but donāt gaslight me especially when Iām purchasing a product you donāt own. Letās keep it friendly and complete the transaction correctly...
