Starbucks please do better. Went in on August 15, 2022 at 1:44 pm as you can see on my receipt. Ordered a trenta mango dragon fruit refresher. As soon as I paid the barista told me my drink was ready, which was strange to me considering I had barely ordered it. I took my drink and got on my car and noticed the label on the drink was from a order time of 1:24 and the label information was not what I ordered. The drink had no ice it tasted watered down and the dragon fruit in the drink was all disolved. Will not go back to this Starbucks. If I pay for a drink I expect a fresh drink to be made not for you to give me something that was sitting on your counter...
Read moreWhen I went this last weekend. I was rudely pointed to a sign that I couldn't order my drink and that the expresso machine has been broken since Monday. I understand being tired and a little cranky due to the let down that is out of this baristas control (I have worked in customer service too). But this barista was condescending making me feel bad that I didn't read the sign beforehand and didn't even offer me a receipt or say anything as she rang me up for a cake pop I ended up ordering. I did not provoke this behavior and I don't think there is any excuse to treat a customer like this especially unprovoked. Definitely won't be back...
