Tonight I may or may not have been a little hangry... we waited a little too long after getting off work to get our food and we wanted something fast and good and we knew we could count on Taco Bell. I dont care to go into the specifics of what was ordered through the drive thru but when the name of what was ordered has the word "melt" in it, I kind of expect it to be melted. Unfortunately, the last visit I had at this location we had this exact problem which provoked me to make sure the cheese was melted this time... and it wasnt. So I was frustrated that I had to now get out of my vehicle to correct the issue. I was treated with such EXCELLENT customer service and the all the staff was overly apologetic. The issue was absolutely taken care of above and beyond. We got home and there were some extra cinna-twists that were thrown in. I just want to say THANK YOU!!! Read moreIf you're trying to decide between this place and the Popeye's right beside it, choose Taco Bell. The staff here are always on top of things and even when it's busy, the food is always ready within 15 minutes. I have the app and often use it to change up the ingredients - less sauce on a quesadilla, jalapenos and no meat on nachos, etc. and they have never gotten it wrong. I work close by so I order here often. In comparison the Popeye's god awful, they are rude and then get the order wrong. Tried using the Popeye's app like I would Taco Bell, food wasn't ready and it took more than 30 minutes to fry one pie, it was my lunch break so I paid attention to the time. Plus one time I nearly got heatstroke driving around w/o air conditioning in the 110 degree summer and since it took some time to wait in the drive thru, Taco Bell gave me an icy for free. It’s such ashamed upper management puts up with this kind of behavior from their employees.I guess they are that desperate for help or perhaps upper management hires their family members so they can get away with this kind op behavior.It seems to me upper management hiring their family members would be a conflict of interest,I’m sure they family members get special treatment and favoritism goes on at this location as I have complain about certain team members and wrote into corporate about the rude behavior from these people and their rude behavior still continues!!!!!
