I always order in the app for pick-up. I order the same thing every single time and even have my order auto saved. It’s not a complicated order whatsoever, I order a quesadilla with sour cream on the side and chips. I get my order and the quesadilla is crumbled up in tinfoil and thrown into the bag and my side of sour cream was not there. Usually the big quesadillas come in a paper tray with a lid. I ask for the side of sour cream and the lady w/ blue hair and tattoos very rudely tells me “oh yeah u didn’t order a side of sour cream, u ordered sour cream on your quesadilla but I can give it to you i guess” I don’t like to cause confrontation so I was just going to eat it but there was so much sour cream in my quesadilla that it was falling apart. I went in and explained the situation and the women in the back started to argue with me telling me I did something wrong in the app and it was my fault and ordered my quesadilla like that. I showed her the app and showed her that I order it the same exact way every-time, she didn’t even want to look at the app and continued to argue with me, keep in mind I am 17 and this woman was probably in her 30s arguing with me and being mouthy with me. She also was talking negatively about me to her co workers while I was right in front of her. I’ve never had someone treat me like this. I work in fast food and understand how hard it can be, but when you make a mistake own up to it and do not put others down because u made a mistake. Very terrible experience and I’m not coming...
Read moreThis Chipotle location is closest to me but is very hit-or-miss. I usually do mobile orders to pick up. Sometimes the food is delicious and portions are what I ask for, but my most recent order was just awful. I ordered a chicken bowl with extra beans, extra rice, and extra cheese. Each were extremely skimpy. I also ordered guac on top and it was brown and tasted pretty bad. I get Chipotle pretty consistently, but this was so bad that I don’t think I’ll want Chipotle again for quite a while.
I don’t actually blame the employees; I think the issue is with Chipotle’s online system allowing too many mobile orders to go through. With less staffing due to the pandemic, the employees are most likely too busy to handle such an overwhelming number of online orders, so keeping food quality becomes harder.
Additionally, customers who are waiting at this location feel the need to touch every bag waiting to be picked up and open it to look inside. Gross. Just read the receipt on the outside of the bag and stop touching other people’s food. Chipotle needs to make a policy in which they keep orders behind the counter and hand the food to customers to avoid this. Again, I think these are all corporate-level issues and I can’t really fault the employees at this one location for systemic Chipotle problems that are happening at most stores. I’ll be avoiding any Chipotle for...
Read morePlaced an online order around 6pm for a 6:45pm pickup, so I could swing by Costco and grab dinner on the way home. I arrived around 7pm and they were still "working on 6pm orders." What is the point of mobile orders with a set pickup time if there's always a delay? This has happened 3 times now, so it doesn't seem like a one-off situation where it just got hectic. I totally understand unexpected things can come up and delays can happen, but multiple times over the course of a year (all on weekdays) is kind of absurd. I've never had more than a 5-10 min wait at any other Chipotle, and then they always come over to give a heads up on the delay. Here it's just "we are working on previous orders" after I waited 15 min and went to ask about my order status. Employees seem cold and unfriendly, they didn't give any updates on my order or the situation as a whole. I finally got my order around 7:30pm (a 45 min delay on my pickup time). When I went home and opened it, the portions were pretty small. Definitely not going to do online orders here, most likely won't be coming back. Plenty of quicker, better Chipotle locations nearby. I love Chipotle, but I don't love...
