We were disappointed about this franchise, having coordinated with friends to dessert here. Location seemed understaffed, possibly 1 person taking order at register and another 1 person in the back fixing up the items. Cobblers all lacked crust/baked texture, some wadded flour clumps, 80% pie fruit filling. Had Peach Cinnamon Pecan, Caramel Apple, Cherry Cordial, and Blackberry. The Cinnamon Roll was okay. But everything was over-priced and over-complicated with menu for $3.99-8.99 a small portion. Think the desserts @Golden Corral are more satisfying. Only the Butterfinger Banana Pudding even seemed from scratch. Their Peachy Tea was like Lipton with heavy canned peach syrup, yet it was "made fresh from scratch". It's a "no, thank you" from all of us for our sweet cravings. Perhaps, this franchise will take a cue from Rise Biscuits for higher quality in offerings and better service. Even utensils for eating on site, and lids on a to-go order had to be requested, which then entailed another 20min wait. Only positive was the option of "flight of cobblers/puddings" at $17.99/4 mini servings; however, just 1 single vanilla ice cream scoop🫤. Skimpy business. Photo does not reflect all our orders bc we traveled 25mi, so worn down by result.

I honestly just dropped a TikTok review on this place but I’m gonna go into more details. Quick & simple. They have really good cobblers but the cobblers (well the one I had) was too sweet. I’m thankful I’m not diabetic cus the overdose of sugar is insaneeee however the banana pudding was delicious. Just wish they added in some bananas b/c it would have set the whole pudding off!! The place is a nice small place but there’s not enough seating & you WILL be standing if it was busy fr Other than that the prices are reasonable and the customer service is top tier. They sell more than cobblers though. So you def have options & I will def come back to try them & do more reviews but I had the mango cobbler & it was okay. 7/10 b/c of the sugar intake and well the mangos (there was a lot up there) took away the whole taste of the actual cobbler. Other than that…this place is good. Follow my TikTok actressamber for video review of the pictures are not enough.

A special place for a special treat. I ordered a Vanilla Cinnamon Roll and an order of Peanut Butter and Jelly Churros. As I sat to wait an Air Force Veteran came in and stated I had picked the best spot in town. Then a group of four young men came in. I was impressed with the staff who discussed the variety of questions they had and advised them about products. As a side note, if I could tell the parents about these young men, I would complement them on the manners and behavior these young men displayed. All together the atmosphere was very friendly. The Churros took a little time to prepare and are served with a small cup of the flavor of your choice dip. This complements the Churro and takes it to a higher level. The Vanilla Cinnamon Rolls have a burst of flavor all the way from top to bottom.

I’m sharing my feedback and constructive criticism specifically about the Apex location in hopes that management will consider it for future improvements.

I visited Peach Cobbler for the first time today and was pleasantly surprised to find that they offer more than just peach cobbler and ice cream. Upon entering, I noticed over 24 flavors to choose from, along with various options such as just cobbler, cobbler with ice cream, cobbler with cheesecake, and more. Additionally, the restaurant was extremely clean and well-maintained.

As someone over 40 and pre-diabetic, I tend to avoid overly sweet desserts, but this place had been on my list to try since it first opened. The young lady assisting me was very pleasant and recommended the cheesecake, mentioning it was her favorite and a new menu item.

One downside, however, was their policy on sampling. When I asked if I could try the apple cobbler to check its sweetness before purchasing, I was told they do not allow samples. This was disappointing, especially given the high prices of their desserts.

Speaking of cost, I found the pricing to be quite steep. Expect to pay over $7 for cheesecake and more than $9 after tax for cobbler with ice cream. I decided to try the caramel apple cheesecake, but unfortunately, both the flavor and portion size fell short of expectations. The dessert contained only about 1/4 cup of peach cobbler in an 8-ounce cup. While I usually love cheesecake, the whipped topping tasted artificial, as did the cheesecake itself. After just two or three small bites, I couldn’t finish it. The cobbler was decent but not substantial enough to justify the price or calories.

I also learned that this location operates a food truck, which I had been looking forward to trying this summer. However, after this experience, I’m reconsidering. I give it...

We are obsessed with The Peach Cobbler Factory in Apex! Since moving to North Carolina, my partner and I have become regulars at this delightful family-owned shop. We've tried a variety of their treats, and everything has been absolutely incredible. From the giant and decadent Big Cobbler Cookies to the classic cobblers and the innovative Pudding Shakes, each bite is a burst of flavor and pure satisfaction.

But The Peach Cobbler Factory isn't just about the amazing desserts (although those definitely deserve all the praise!). The staff and owner are some of the kindest people you'll ever meet. They truly create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making the whole experience even more enjoyable.

We do recommend a heads up: during peak hours, things can get quite busy. The wait times might be a bit longer as they handle both in-store and takeout orders. But trust me, their dedication to everyone who walks through the door is worth a little patience. Be kind to their staff – they're working incredibly hard to ensure everyone gets a taste of their delicious creations!

Overall, The Peach Cobbler Factory is a must-visit for anyone in Apex with a sweet tooth (or really, anyone who loves delicious food!). You won't be...
