Milk chocolate chip cookie was my favorite until today. I always get the milk chocolate chip cookie. But today it tasted horrible, very tarty like uncooked dough or feeling of peanut butter. I did blind taste for my kid and of course they said it has peanut butter. So I was thinking I got the wrong item since they got my order wrong the first time. And she didn’t want to admit it was wrong until I pulled up the order on my app.( glad I had the receipt in my app) With out apologizing the server said that’s not what she had on her screen ( well I don’t know if they are having systems issues but that should not be the customer problem). After a few hesitation, which didn’t make sense since my receipt clearly shows what I ordered; she went to redo the order.
So went the cookies taste weird I thought it was another mistake; so I drove back because my only favorite cookie is the milk chocolate chip cookie. But she ignore my complaint. So I drove 7 mile to get my milk chocolate chip cookie at the Morrisville location and it tasted just like it always did ( that buttery taste and aroma). So I show the picture to the Morrisville store and they can’t even figure out what it was because it doesn’t look like something they have. So I went back to show them the new cookie from the Morrisville store and the first thing the server said was Oh My God and a sign to another server that was there and just looked at me and said Okay! That was it!
My family and friends always go there. After a walk in the park we will go there for the kids. We call it “Run for Crumbl”. It was nice! It would be a long drive but Morrisville location will be our home for now. Be the judge of the picture, don’t take my word for it. The color did bother me but the taste was awful and I’m still curious about...
Read moreSo much hype over OK cookies. First time went here. Very sterile environment - doesn't look or smell like a bakery. Have to order based on pictures on a keypad IN THE ACTUAL STORE - not by talking to an employee, who are all busy in the back somewhere. Not very many choices. Was taking dessert to a friend's so got a 6-pack of large cookies and then a 6 pack of small cookies for my family. We were underwhelmed. I can appreciate a soft cookie, but the cookies were so soft that they tasted underbaked. The flavor was nice, but not nice enough to make up for the lack-luster texture and cost. Staff was polite and friendly, but only human interaction was handing me a couple of boxes. Would have been nicer to interact with them when ordering. Save your money and go to a...
Read moreCrumbl cookies are yummy. I think that it’s great that they have a rotating menu but also have a few staple flavors as well. The usual variety of flavor options means that everyone in our family can usually find a flavor that they like.
Their normal cookies are huge! They are definitely big enough to share which can be fun to taste various flavor with a group and not feel guilty. I love that they now offer cookies in mini sizes so you can enjoy an entire cookie at one time and not feel bad about it.
It’s nice that some cookies are served warm. Who doesn’t like a warm cookie?!? Some cookies are however served chilled.
The electronic ordering system is nice and quick enough and you don’t typically have to wait very long...
