We orderd pizza today(feb 10) at 7:33 pm. As the status was showing prep even after 1 hr, i tried calling the place multiple times.. Nobody answered. At 8:55 somebody called me said she is the manager, told me if i still need the pizza, as it is ordered a while ago. I said yes and she told me it will be delivered immediately. The pizza was delivered even at 9:20 pm, then i drove myself to this place which is few minutes away. While driving to the shop, got another call from a person saying no delivery person available, but i am the next person who will be taken care as soon as the delivery person is available. I told dont bother, i am going to pick it.
At the store i met the store manager and expressesed my disappointment for not getting the piza even after 2 hrs. To my surprise the store manger showed me an extremely rude behavioir, she asked me if i want to cancel the order, i told her, i ordered food for my kids and suggesting to cancel the order is not appreciated. She continued her rude behavior and i told her not to show this kind of attitude. However she started screaming at me, also told me she will refund. Expecting such behaviour from the manager of a reputed firm is not acceptable. If she intend to refund money for not delivering pizza after 2 hours that can be done in an appologitic manner. This is completley unaccepted. I will think twice to order food again...
Read moreAbsolutely disgusting customer service. We’ve been ordering pizza from this store for at least a year now since it’s the closest, and we always have problems. Most recently, they CANCELLED our order with no warning or reason why. We called at least 6 times to find out why and if we could get a refund quicker or another pizza, and we couldn’t get anyone on the phone. As if they just closed and left with pending orders. We also had another instance a few weeks ago where our pizza still hadn’t arrived 2 hours after our order was placed, and so we called and asked if we could just pick it up… then when we got there they said the delivery driver just left. So we drove a total of 40 minutes for nothing, and got our pizza a whopping 3 hours after we placed a delivery. We still haven’t heard back from our complaints, and really wish we had a closer store to order from. It’s getting really ridiculous. Unfortunately my autistic brother only likes dominos. Personally, I recommend ordering from a different pizza place all together.
EDIT: I dug through other RECENT reviews and saw replies with emails to submit complaints… so I emailed all of them and only 1 out of the 4 I sent got delivered. Absolutely...
Read moreOrdered 9 pizzas online as a future order for my son’s birthday party this weekend. Then with the winter weather predicted, I need to reschedule the order. Domino’s does not allow you to handle this online. Which is crazy. We are expected to call the local store. However this store NEVER answers their phone. I’ve called multiple times and had it on speaker while I do other things and waited for over 30 minutes. No human response. Multiple opened case tickets and the corporate office continues to just say only local stores can cancel an order. They have invested in so many AI options and online systems, yet refuse to handle online future orders with technology. Domino’s must have an escalation path when the local store refuses to answer phones. I have spent way too much time trying to resolve this challenge. If my credit card is charged on Saturday, I will refute. You’ve lost a customer for life if this isn’t resolved and a make good provided. Be warned of this location. Do not use for parties.
