Beef 'O' Brady's — Restaurant in Apopka

I just ate at this restaurant and had one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I was there specifically to have a beer or two, eat dinner and watch the Stanley cup finals game. The food was good however the customer service was maybe the worst I've ever had. To begin with, there was 1 tv out of about 50 I'm guessing with the game on so I choose a booth where I would have a good view of the game. The second period was coming to an end and the family 2 booths up asked to watch the cfl football game. When I noticed that their server was changing the one tv that had the Stanley cup game on I spoke up and said "hey, I'm watching that. Please don't change it as it's the only tv in here with the game on." The server responded with a laugh and said verbatim "oh please, you weren't watching that" and proceeded to laugh. She didn't think at all to change one of the other TVs to make me satisfied and just walked off. I was considering staying for the 3rd period and thought I would just go home as I was pretty rattled by this point. I called the store on my way home and asked to speak with a manager. I explained my view, she said she would find out who it was but didn't provide a solution. I then proceeded to say that she's going to lose a customer over this and said she's ok with losing a customer over a tv channel. I then proceeded to say, that's not how you handle this situation. What you should've said is you'll make it right by offering to have me back and offering me something as I'm clearly upset over this. I then asked to speak with a manager who will actually help me and she told me she was the manager and even the owner will agree with her answer as they have many more customers who enjoy their food and service. Appalled by the comment, I told her I would then call corporate and she responded smirking over the phone "good luck. We're not corporate."

How in the world is this ok?! I want a response from the owner on this. Not...

Stopped in for two cheesesteaks two fries and two iced tea set for 40 minutes no food. I asked how much do I owe for the two iced teas and our waitress asked me why didn't anybody take your order yet and I said yeah you did anybody bring it out. No one for food out then she offered to take her order again no thank we are going across the street to Froggers. Ok Ed tonight's the night. Well Ed. Actually went today 5/24/2024 made it inside but the waitress would not let me sit down at neither booth stated we are saving these seats for somebody.. guess my money is no good there. Two visits months apart from each other and both poor service n an unappreciated servers. So we were being suckers and went back again this on October 1st 2024 the french fries were oil logged meet was tasteless. Replace the water lady inform us that we had to pay over the phone not a big deal she said okay in about 15 minutes we were there within 7 minutes to live around the corner and then we showed up the food was already sitting at the table. I could just go on all I can say it was really really bad terrible even just out 35 dollars so pissed I can't even talk...

Food was great. Service started out good. Got food & had no utensils. I made mention of it & waited 10 minutes. So I went in & asked. The youn lady stated theynwere still rolling them up. Finally got the utensils and the girl left. She didn't proceeded to come back and ask us if we needed anything else or any refills until she came back and asked us "if we were ready for boxes yet". I said no, and said, I would like a refill on Water. She did not ask my mother, my daughter, or my granddaughter, if they wanted refills, and proceeded to bring us four glasses of water, as if to say " there you go leave me alone". Less than five minutes later, she came back and asked again if we were ready for boxes yet and I said no, but I am waiting on my dessert. Now at no time was I rude to this young lady. When the churros were brought out with no sauce, I made mention of no sauce and proceeded to wait. Another 10 minutes before I went inside and asked for the sauce. I happen to see what look like a manager, berating the young lady, and figure out that she was probably having some performance issues. Because after that she came back out and was...
