Steak 'n Shake — Restaurant in Apopka

So I hope someone from corporate or someone higher up than the degenerates at this store see this. I ordered 4 meals which was four sandwiches and four fries from here. I ordered online but still ended up waiting 30 minutes after walking in the store and sitting at the register. We were completely ignored. Now mind you I was hungry and already agitated but I held my tongue because I didn’t want to have to wait even longer. After 30 minutes of waiting we finally got the food and walked out to our car and drove 15 minutes home. Only to find out when we got home that there was a sandwich missing. I had been eating my fries in the car so I would satisfy my hunger but when I found out we were missing a sandwich I about flipped out. You mean to tell me that we order online and then sit there for thirty minutes for you to mess up our order?.. some would say this is the worst part of this story but no it gets worse. I then get to drive back up there and explain that they forgot one of the sandwiches in the bag. I wasn’t asking for a refund or for them to remake the whole meal since the rest of it would be cold when we got the fourth sandwich. All I wanted was them to make our last sandwich so everyone in our household would be able to eat. Wellllll I walk up to the lady who apparently (packaged and counted our food) and she blantantly calls me a liar. Just a regular employ who seems to think that she has the right to talk to me like I’m beneath her. To the contrary I make double what she makes and work 10 times as hard. I then go to the manager who I see by the shakes and tell him that she called me a liar and that we only got three sandwiches and he calmly walks over with me and asks her what’s going on and she goes on telling him that “I counted four sandwiches and fries and put them all in the bag and they took them home and left one at the house and came back here to get a free one from us. Mind you, it was a 2 dollar sandwich. Why on earth would I drive 15 minutes home to drop off a 2 dollar sandwich, then drive back up there allowing all the other food to get cold to get one sandwich for free. I’ve always enjoyed steak and shake even though they take a little longer than normal fast food and they have excellent shakes, but you guys deffinetely need to work on your employs and who you hire. I don’t spend my hard earned money on food from a place to not get it in the first place and then be called a liar to my face about it when I come try to...

I DON'T LIKE THE SERVICE, SLOW SERVICE, BAD SERVICE OF THE KITCHEN, THE WAITER NEVER DROPPED OFF THE RECEIPT TO PAY, THEY PUTTING ON THE RECEIPT DOUBLE COMBO INSTEAD OF ONE COMBO.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

We arrived around 7:00 p.m. to 7:02 p.m. THEY took the order around 7:10 p.m. The meal was served after 7:42 p.m. WE WAITED waiting around 30 minutes for the FOOD to be brought to the table. They gave us a burger without cheese, with mustard, pickle and onion. They took the hamburger to change at about 7:43 p.m and at 8:00 p.m it was delivered to the table. We only ordered 4 combos and they charged 5 combos in total for the CHANGE of HAMBURGER that it was their mistake to do it wrong. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. (TRACY B was not the person who treated me, the person who treated me was a man whose name I could not take.)

LLegamos a alrededor de las 7:00 p.m a 7:02p.m Nos tomaron la orden a las 7:10 p.m. La comida fue servida luego de las 7:42 p.m. ESTUVIMOS esperando alrededor de 30 minutos para que la COMIDA fuera llevada la mesa. Nos dieron una hamburgesa sin queso, con mustasa, pepinillo y cebolla. Se llevaron la hamburgesa para cambiar a eso de las 7:43 p.m y a las 8:00 p.m fue entragada a la mesa. Solo ordenamos 4 combos y nos cobraron 5 combos en total por el CAMBIO de HAMBURGESA que fue error de ellos hacerla mal. NO VALLAN A ESTE LUGAR.!!! This is not the first time I've been to this steak n shake but it's the first time I've had any complaints. We brought my 10 year old and 4 year old with us. The manager I believe seated us and said our waitress would be right by with menus and placemats and kids menus and stuff. She, our waitress came and gave us 4 regular menus and put my 4 year olds drink in a large regular no lid cup. Comes back 5 minutes later and I ask for kids menus. She brings them. And my 4 y.o. politely asks for crayons. She says no prob, and comes back like 5 mins later. Takes our order. No crayons. She goes about helping her other tables, walks past a bunch of times. My 4 y.o. is literally watching her waiting. Finally after like 10 or more minutes a different waiter /employee comes over to refill our drinks and asks if there's anything else we need. I tell him my 4y.o. is waiting for crayons he asks if he got a hat or car or anything. I tell him nope. He apologizes and quickly delivers a car and crayons and hat to my kid. It makes all the difference, especially when we were waiting a long time for our food. I mean close to a half hour if not more. After our original waitress delivers our food, she says she's going to get us napkins as there was none on the table. She never does. We all finish eating and end up washing our hands in the bathroom since we never got napkins. Then we wait to order milkshakes to go. My boyfriend had to walk up to her and tell her we needed her to come take our milkshake order. Then we wait and get our milkshakes. Then we stand around waiting to be cashed out....all of this before a 2 hour drive out of town. What we were hoping to be a quick half hour meal before hitting the road ended up taking...
