Arby's — Restaurant in Apple Valley

I really like Arby's However unfortunately the time before last they got my order wrong and when I got home I had a fish sandwich.

Everything else was correct just a fish sandwich was there and a roast beef was missing. I called like 15 times to let them know but nobody answered. So I called as soon as they opened in the morning I talked with the manager and went by later that afternoon and got my replacement sandwich. I also ordered even more food than I had the night before

So when I got my order I asked are you guys going to offer me a free drink? The answer was no. So I said not even gonna offer of free drink the girl at the window said I was told only to give you the free sandwich, Which by the way wasn't free, I paid for it the night before and didn't get it. I tried to eat the fish sandwich but I don't like fish And I meant to bring it with me but I forgot it.

So not only did I not get my meal the night before but I used my time my gas went back to their store by stater brothers and ordered even more food than I had ordered the night before and Was not even offered a free drink as a compensation for their mistake.

Well it wasn't really a giant big deal then not offering a drink It was just very poor customer service by the manager. She was young so I guess that's the excuse, however, for the price of a soda which literally cost them pennies she may very well have lost a customer who orders minimum of 5 Sandwiches and usually more.

I went back again. However I have not gone back since the last time partially because it really made me mad the more I thought about the poor customer service.

However, the food is good just make sure your order is right...

I just went through the drive-thru and got the two for $7 roast beef dip sandwiches which come with Swiss cheese. I asked the young man taking the order if I could switch the cheese because I do not care for Swiss and he said sure that there were two different types of cheddar available so I selected cheddar proceeded to the window to pay for the order. I was charged a dollar and nine cents extra for each sandwich for them putting cheddar cheese on it instead of Swiss and when I asked him how come I was charged extra when the sandwich comes with cheese he looked at me with a annoyed expression and said I don't know and then shut the window to the drive-thru in my face and walked away. I cannot believe how rude that he was without any reason to be rude I simply asked a question and I wanted to know why I was billed for cheese when the sandwich came with it. I would understand if he had informed me that changing anything on the sandwich would incur an upcharge but he did not say that and when I asked about it he didn't have an answer for me he just said I don't know and slammed the window in my face. Since this is the only Arby's anywhere near where I live I am going to file a complaint with the store manager as well as leaving reviews any place I can leave a review because that was really very poor customer service with no reason at all to act that...

Service is awesome. The staff is always so nice. And that comes from the top. Maria the manager is so incredibly nice. She remembers her customers. She handles any issues. I tired their pulled pork bbq sandwich. This is actually really good. I say that having lived in Texas and eaten at some of the best bbq places around. I am very picky about bbq. Not a bad thing to say at all. Moist, tender, no fat in it. It goea great with their sweet bbq sauce. Must try. The food is always good. Love the potato cakes and the cherry turnovers. Never had anything bad here. Definitely good place to hit for a good meal. They always have deals and stuff on their app as well. Tried their burgers. Very good. Try their cheesesteak. It is really good. Thw turnovers are my fav dessert. Their service just continues to impress. The app was not accepting payments yesterday.
