I recently made an online order for delivery but once I received my order it was missing the drink which normally wouldn't be a huge deal except I placed the order for my young teenage son who was at home with his gma (who was sound asleep) and it was late and I didn't want him leaving the house alone at such a late hour. I was very annoyed since I paid the high delivery fee which cost more then the actual meal plus a nice tip...so I immediately called the delivery driver incase she just forgot it in her car but she said it was never given to her and I had to call door dash who then told me I had to call the restaurant not them so at this point I'm very annoyed not to mention invested over a dumb drink which honestly I shouldn't have even wasted the time but like i said i was invested at that point lol...well the next day I got a text from the store manager Connie and she was amazing and completely understood my frustration and showed empathy and kindness and then went above and beyond to make it right which was so refreshing to experience! Her customer service was exceptional and turned my entire view of that store around to the point that I'm now literally a regular there. And their front counter service is quick and friendly completely different from what it used to be! Not to mention the restaurant and restrooms are always clean which is a plus! I wld definitely recommend this location to anyone looking to grab a quick bite with great service! Thanks again Connie for the excellent service! 😁

I really don't like their customer service at this particular location, they hardly ever greet me and I always have to wait forever for them to take my order even when there is another person in front of me they will take their order then without greeting me or saying "hold on" or "I'll be right with you" they turn and walk away and I will stand there for at least 2-3mins. before they turn and say "I'll be right with you" then turn and again I'm left standing there like a fool for another 2-3 mins. And this happens almost everytime, the worst part though is they never seem to be doing anything except standing there with a bag they put napkins in and nothing else. Its like come on really. And when they do get around to taking my order its like I'm inconviencing them I swear all that for a burger that looks like the one I got tonight that was supposed to have extra pickles but of course that was too difficult to handle. I give up...

I moved n this area May 2020 and this location was professional then towards the beginning of 2021 it got really bad and unprofessional. I haven't been due to receiving bad customer service from a light night crew. On Friday July 8 my fiance went to jack n the box ordered 2 chicken sandwiches 1 Jr bacon and a value fry. He ate one chicken sandwich then went to eat the Jr bacon. As he ate it a long string of hair came out his mouth while still attached to the burger. He didn't eat nothing after and put the rest back n the bag. On Saturday we called the location spoke with MIKE the boss he asked y he didn't call back and he purchased that at 130am and I tried called around 11pm before when my order was incorrect no answer. The thing is the manager didn't care he had hair n his burger he showed no sign of care so I decided to leave this review and contact corporate once I leave my workplace this morning. I work for a fast food company and if we receive a call that hair is in our customer food we act fast, apologize and continue to be professional. Corporate needs to look into this location because that's very disgusting and this bag is still here so we taking pics to send over to corporate . Will see if I can load them up here ...

Decent enough location from other times I've been here but the most recent time I actually had ordered a head on the Jack in the box app and I usually order extra pickles extra sauce for it all of my burgers just because it's a little easier to do it through the app.

Unsure if the picture will be attached but I did upload a picture of the burger in question and they are missing a few ingredients as well as no extra sauce as well and it kind of upset me but the burger overall was buried delicious and for the price paid I'm not going to complain too much but just letting people know.
