I came here when the place opened. The food was amazing and you got a lot for your money. The service was great as well. However… I went in today and got a steak and chicken kabob plate to go with an extremely expensive ($15) piece of Dubai choc cake. Worst $46 I’ve spent in a long time. The steak was dry and overcooked. Plus they cut the portions drastically. I got 4 small pieces of chicken and what seemed to be one or two pieces of steak kabob cut into smaller pieces to make it seem like it’s more. What happened to the steak kabob? Plus the amount of salad and rice was cut in half. And no pita? What am I supposed to do with hummus but no pita? Now to the cake. I should have asked for a fresh cut piece since it was $15 but I got a piece that was already in a box. I can’t tell if it’s really old and stale or what but the choc cake is so hard and dry I couldn’t even swallow it. I spit it out. That’s $15 in the trash. I didn’t even try the famous Dubai choc topping. To the owner. I love your food but the quality has gone down. I get things are tough financially for restaurants but if you’re going to charge so much you better make sure the food is fresh and plenty of it. Maybe think about giving pita with a chicken and steak kabob plate that costs over $20. That was a...

Read moreThis place is good. Their homemade baklava is tasty. You must try it! The selection is so wide that you won’t even know where to start.
My husband likes the food here. I came back for more baklava and decided to try their coffee as well. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner’s son, who kindly explained to me how they prepare their coffee. It was such a lovely personal touch, and it really shows how much they value every guest. Unfortunately, I didn't like the coffee because it was bitter and too sweet at the same time. I don't like it when sugar is added to coffee and I don't like over-roasted coffee.
The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. I recommend visiting this place, if only to try their...
