McDonald's — Restaurant in Appleton

The entire store was a mess from the overflowing outside garbages to the bathrooms. Even the soda station was disgusting. Your shoes litterally stick to the floor. It wasn't busy, and we had been sitting in the car for a while before we went in, and it wasn't busy for a while. The staff, especially the older women running around, was insanely rude. Didn't greet us as she gave us our food, instead barked at me that the soda cups were by the kiosks and it wasnt their job to get them and stormed off. Asked for ketchup cups since they were empty, she said "theyre out there"... which i followed with if they were I wouldn't be standing here. She looks around me and then grabs a fist full of packets and says "just take these" and proceeds to yell at the staff behind her about where ever someone was (assuming the person assigned to loddy). Coming from a previous McDonald's manager, the entire visit was unacceptable. This store is the only one in the area (from what i saw) that has a play area... thankfully, my kids were also pretty grossed out by the store that we all decided the playland sounded like a bio hazard. Best MCD around here. And I live in menasha. I WILL drive all the way across town from now on in order to go to this one store. They were all nice and friendly and took care of us when the other 2 stores decided to close early for a party. Unfortunately, they didn't have any squushmellos. but at least they had their play scape open.

My daughter was super happy to get to play and use her $5 dollars in change she had from her piggy bank. They took the change without complaining and they were super fast with the food! It was delicious and definitely needed so it could calm me down from being upset at the other locations. My daughter and I bothe had very happy meals 😊❤️
