Ordered through the app as usual, I've been a proud customer for over 10 years accepting the inflation prices as the food was always perfect and time was always very speedy, but my last 2 order have been nothing but a headache and a 2 hour frustrating anxiety wait, 2 hours for food is ridiculous, especially when the food arrives cold, and what happened with the quality usually the food is really good even cold but not anymore, there is hardly any sauce hardly any cheese and when you go to eat it it is dry and rubbery and my past 2 orders have had spot where there is nothing at all except crust like the toppings moved from wherever they should have been, I gave it the benefit of the doubt the first time but the second broke my heart, because of this I probably won't be getting papa John's for a real long while, disgraceful, disrespectful to the pizza name, and flat out disgusting. 2 hours for aweful food for 40 dollars and a 25 percent tip only to get door dash deliver what a joke. Read moreI had order my food of the website and twice now we have gotten a Mr. Shannon Amundson as the driver and he was 20 minutes past the delivery window both times. He has used the excuse that he was the only driver each time. We don't order that late so for him to be the only driver is highly unlikely. All he has said was sorry it took so long and nothing more until today 4/16/16 when I asked if that's all he is going to do was sat sorry and he said I could give you a buy one get one free card. I shouldn't have to ask what he is going to do to fix this he should already have the solution taken care of to where the customer is happy after waiting an hour from when they ordered their food to be able to eat. Read moreI couldn’t figure out how to give them zero stars. I waited two hours, a 20 min phone conversation , and had to talk to multiple people in the store in order to find where my pizza was. First, I gave them a call to let them know I made a mistake in ordering take out instead of delivery. They said that was no problem. They charged me a delivery fee after we Confirmed my address multiple times. Finally, as two hours passed and my children and I became hungry, angry and tired I called the store to very calmly ask what is going on. To which I hear answers like; I don’t see you in the system, talk to this person, I don’t know. I just gave up after they offered nothing but excuses.
