Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Appleton

Tired of SNOTTY ATTITUDES FROM EMPLOYEES Taking my business elsewhere. I don't know what they're on, but more often than not they act weird, and have weird things to say when I pick up my food. This time my friend called in the order, and I went to pick it up. Apparently the girl who tried to complete the order didn't take it on the phone. I said I'm here to pick up an order for so and so. This chick was short with me, and was snotty like it was my fault. That's not the way you treat your customer. She asked me my name (not on the order) and my friends name, and said there wasn't an order under that name. But not nice, or with common courtesy, but with a snippy attitude. I absolutely don't care for that! The girl who took the order came over and said it was under a different name because the name and number didn't match. ?? Not my problem. I never got any kind of apology from anyone. Ridiculous! Nice customer service! I would love to hear from the owner, or manager, but I'm sure I won't.

There were 3 employees in the store when we went in two (2) of them seemed to have experience and one (1) girl that seemed fairly new the more experienced girl took our order and passed it off to the less experienced girl she made the pizza and gave it to the people in front of us in line and when we questioned her her face got red and then all of a sudden they scrambled and remade our pizza so the person in front of us got a free pizza I do not blame the newer employee I blame the young man and the other young lady that had experience they both disappeared into bat into the back room and left the least experienced person out there to make the pizzas it wasn't very busy but you could see she was nervous and should not have been left...

We ordered our pizzas online with some modifications, yes, however, but the modifications were easy enough, plus all eligible, correct on the receipt and on my email, yet the actual pizzas were done incorrectly. The 1/2 that was basically a taco pizza, was supposed to have mozzarella removed w/cheese blend on, green onions & roma tomatoes, all of which were not on. It basically had the refried bean sauce, ground beef & onions. The right 12 was supposed to have regular cheese with no mozzarella. The other pizza was supposed to have the blend & cheese blend on the right side and had no cheese also. Basically the only thing that was correct was that we got cookie dough.
