Overall rushed customer service. Still professional and polite of course, But did not make you feel sound and secure when bringing in electronics to be engraved. Especially when you know nothing of the process. Makes the customer feel uneasy and left uneducated. No type of insurance policy either for higher priced electronicsš¬
They did not take accurate notes on my order, yet so simple. The professional at the counter, scribbled on the counter the wording I wanted and had me bring up a picture of the emblem I was requesting. Thats it! No layout confirmation, no sketch. No work order of any sort.
The final product? Made the lettering horizontal on one side and small in comparison, to the emblem vertical and blown out large on the other sideš¤¦āāļø
The designer even asked me how much space I'd like filled, even with hand gesturing and pointing to give visual description was not suffice for total understanding.
I don't care what I paid, the lack of customer education & attention to order details, Will prevent me from coming back. This was a gift for Christmas and I'm just not satisfied with any of this first time...

( My life could depend on it) well they asked when I needed it and I nicely said it could be a little after Christmas.so they called each day for a few days ( pushy) once is good. I come in to see and I'm shocked .....too small and can barely see it.i ask why was it like that and I was told that it would need to be stamped and they don't do that.when I said they should have told me so I could bring it to someone else she said even if she shipped it out they couldn't.....again they should have told me.no I'm sorry etc just attitude.now it's gonna cost me even more to fix what they did....waited a month for that!!!!! Wow. I think they need to learn customer service!!! Insulted and disappointed!...

The woman who wears dark lip liner with large hair and the little girl who was behind the counter in the middle of the conversations with customers, interrupting, were very rude and will make any future opportunities for trophies or engraving be done elsewhere. No communication or follow up during the process. Ending products and deadlines not followed. Jay tried to make right but unfortunately the front workers do not have respect or customer service skills. Will never return and never give a referral. Hope nobody else ever has...
