Order a pepperoni pizza Thursday 10/17/24 i had put extra pepperoni 🍕 also on the pizza so my pizza said it would be ready by 7:17 I went inside at 7:20 my pizza still wasn’t ready grant you I had points from previous orders so my total was $1.76 I still tipped them and asked if my pizza could be kept in the oven to be well done because I wasn’t sure if I added that to my online order he said sure of course that was another 15 minutes so once it was done the lady kept peeping at me behind the wall where they cut the pizza at but she never cut the pizza all the way through half the pizza was sticking to the bottom of the pizza box let alone the guy that was making the pizza nails were very dirty no gloves he put a lot of sauce on my pizza when I didn’t add extra sauce I added extra pepperonis which they looked old and molded pizza was extremely hot and not made correctly they didn’t care they still served it I’m leaving this review because they pick in choose which orders to make properly get offended if you ask and long wait times and pizza still won’t made right I’m very disappointed and not satisfied hopefully they will do better job accommodating customers orders we paying our hard earned money to get a decent...

This is my 3rd and last time trying to order from here. I always either get the Tuscan 6 cheese pizza or cheese sticks. The first 2 times, I paid for the specialty but got regular cheese. Not wanting this mistake again, I called after placing my order and asked them to be sure they do the TUSCAN 6 CHEESE that comes with Italian seasoning that I paid for. I also ordered an extra pizza sauce and 2 garlic sauces. I got to the store and luckily checked the box this time before leaving. The pizza had the right cheese, but no Italian seasoning smh and was missing my extra pizza sauce. I asked them to put the seasoning on, which they did, and to put my extra pizza sauce in the box. I didn't think I needed a THIRD quality check, so I went home. Guess what? No extra pizza sauce. I called and all I got was "I thought he put it in there, we'll get it next time". Not helpful at all. Wish I could get a refund bc I can only eat half of it with the one cup of sauce, and I had to push to get most of what I paid for done correctly. This...

Walked got our online order, go to pay with gift card the lady says the screen said $9 and some change so she didn’t know if that’s what left of the price to pay or what’s on the card, so she called the manager over there and “canceled” the order so we swipe the gift card again. It take $9 and some change off of the order so then she called a operator and ended up saying nothing was on the card and that was bc instead of cancelling the order they just reset it so we paid 2 1/2 times for something we only should’ve paid for once.
