Tried to order something through drive thru. It was pretty early so I decided to wave down an employee on the inside to find out if they were open. He stared at me blankly and and slowly and creepily grinned and gave a thumbs up twice. I proceeded to make my order. The associate said welcome to tacobell etc. I placed my order and the microphone went silent. I kept saying hello and was ignored. I pulled up to the window and nobody was there. I drove around and it was evident they were laughing. I pulled up to the mic again and the same thing happened, they greeted me but nothing after I placed my order. At this moment I asked an employee that was entering to verify if they were open (based on the times posted, they were). The employee later returned and said they did not hear me pull up to the pic. Never once did he say be with you soon, or hang on just a moment. My husband used the ordering kiosk located in the front of the store. As we stood there and waiting a gentleman from the back came up and asked if we had been helped. My husband explained to him that we order from the kiosk because no one helped us. He then asked if we needed cups in which case we did. I had to move out of the way from the drink machine when asked by the gentleman so he could fill the tea. And finally, all the tables were covered in food. Not a pleasant experience...
