if you're looking for something that's authentic, hardy, and high quality, this is the place.

I ordered the super nachos with birria, 2 birria tacos, the tres leches cupcake with peaches, and a Mexican coke to round it out. Service was quick and friendly, all my questions were answered warmly as well.

The tacos were superb-the tortillas were fresh and tasted homemade, the meat was tender and fresh, and all the toppings were perfect compliments to the protein.

The nachos featured the same delicious tortillas but with so much crunch. The guacamole was perfectly balanced, the salsa was nice and spicy, and the cheese was grilled to perfection.

The tres leches cupcake was dense, rich, and creamy with just the right hint of brightness from the locally sourced peaches.

Pretty nice clean truck but with pretty mid/not good birria ramen lol. I got it on 4/20 near the fireplace when they set up with my bf and spent like almost $18 on it for it to be super bland & tasteless. I Wasn’t offered anything to add to it like lime, cilantro or even onions so it was just gross as it was. I’m Open to trying other options in the future for a second opinion but not very good first impression. The worker taking my order also seemed to not wanna be there/not happy to even service the 2 customers they had at the moment lol. Overall I would go again to try other options in the future as other reviews say other options are better but beware the birria ramen seriously needs some seasoning and flavor for almost $18...

This place is top 3 for Mexican food in Humboldt, if you ask me. Everything on this menu is excellent. Today my lady and I had Birria Ramen, Cali Burrito, Crispy Tacos and a Smashburger. Flavors were great, the portions were large and the people who own it are very nice and happy people. I really dig making a trip from one town over to eat here.
