My daughter brought me and my other daughters here for an evening dessert, it was around 9pm on a Saturday night, HSU just had their commencements earlier in the day, so this spot was packed! I was really in the mood for a hot cider,I unfortunately didn't get to try it because they ran out, I was a tad disappointed because they're open til 11pm. I got a coffee, my daughters got Apple ginger cider beer, and the blood orange cider. Those were really really good! We ordered chicken potpie, some kind of savory empanada, blackberry pie, and banana cream. Everything was delicious, I couldn't stop picking off my daughters chicken pot pie. The crust was amazing! I love the decor, especially the outdoor seating, it was kind of cold, but it was so pretty out there. They have wood benches and you sit wherever you find a spot. A large selection of ciders ranging from dry as the Mojave desert to sweet as your grandmothers cookies awaits you in a post industrial decor with ample outside seating. There are some beers on tap and local kombucha for those who prefer not to indulge in the alcoholic side of fermentation. If you get hungry a slice of Humboldt pie is also part of the establishment , serving delicious hand pies, chicken/veggie pot pies and full size sweet and savory pies. The pies are truly delicious and made with quality local ingredients and the empanadas are on par with some of the best I have had in South America. A welcome addition to the downtown food and drink offerings, the local cider bar is worth checking out because as Henry David Thoreau said, "the apple is the...

After being pressured to hurry up with my decision, even though the bar was slow, I bought a small pour to try a beverage before hypothetically purchasing a larger one. I was immediately asked if I knew that 4oz was a "small pour" and told to close out. I quickly finished my 4oz pour and wasn't asked if I wanted anything else for ten minutes; by that point I sure didn't! Worst service ever. Cool cidery, the pie looked good. Too bad I didn't want to...
