Extremely over priced. I got one scoop in each cup and it was $13. the ice cream is okay and there weren’t many options when I went into the store. I definitely recommend Ozzie’s in Greensboro. My husband and I got two waffle cones with two scoops for $14. They need to rethink their prices. Edit- Ozzie sells both blue bell and hersheys.

Excellent customer service and very friendly staff. Lots of premade ice cream options from Hershey's ice cream, with the additional options for specials like brownie sundae, Reese's sundae, banana splits, etc. It is a little bit pricer than other places but you get what you pay for, plus you are supporting local!

So as soon as I got to the ice cream shop today , the guy working the front was sitting in his car. He got out and went in. I came in behind him and you could tell he really didn’t want to be bothered. I let it slide and I really wanted a banana split .. so I emphasized to him how that’s what I came for .. he continued to tell me how big it was and as he continued to say it, I then realized he was saying it because he didn’t want to make it.

My 2 daughters and her friend came along with me and they were unsure on if they wanted a cone or cup.. he got frustrated bc they changed their mind about the cup and wanted a cone.

I realized that either he was racist or he didn’t want to do his job. Also, I didn’t realize that the door didn’t close when you walked in so he was telling us to close the door. That was no issue it was moreso how he said it .

I originally came in for a banana split which i just told him to give me a cup of cookie dough and he got frustrated about that too. This was very uncomfortable for me to come in with 3 little girls and have this experience . Poor customer service. The ice cream was good but that customer service will be a reason I will not return.

Sad part about it, when we were leaving , he said y’all have a good day as if he didn’t...

Stopped in yesterday evening to give it another try. The last time I was in here they were not very well stocked and the energy was not there nor customer service. There was a lady in there this time it was very alive in there and music going and the customer service was wonderful. I definitely will be back when she is there for sure. The brownie sundae was very good and recommended the salty Carmel truffle to go with it and it was on point! Was also recommended to try the other locations in Thomasville and Kernersville if you're...
