I went to this location a couple days ago to get biscuits and gravy for me and my grand daughter. Since the price seemed very reasonable I added a small Oj and got the country breakfast platter to get us some eggs and sausage and hash brown. The price was good, the service at the box and window were pleasant. The problems, i did not get my oj. When we got home, the gravy was so watered down it had poured out into the bag. The biscuits tasted so raw even soaked in the peppered water they were not plantable. There were about 10 single packaged forks spoons and knifes but no napkins or salt and Pepper, however, all the salt and seasoning in the world i dont think could cover the rubbery eggs. I tried to split the sausage patty and got an actual puddle of grease in my hand. The meat was so saturated and soggy it fell entirely apart in my hand, so i tried the hash browns and they had such a strong taste of glycoalkaloids that potatoes get right before they grow eyes. I called up to let the manager know i missed my drink and requested the difference returned. He was very rude, didn’t offer an apology and told me to be able to do that I would have to make another trip up their the same day and scan my card to resolve it. I was so disappointed and my 2 year old grand baby didn’t like any of it at all and she drinks gravy when i...
Read moreOnly get 1 star because it won't allow ZERO!!! I waited in the drive-through for almost 20 mins for a sundae, drink and fries. There were 4 cars in front of me. Well, apparently they prepare ice-cream orders right away and allow them to just sit on the counter to melt while the customer waits to get it. The employee handing me my order started handing me my drink 1st which had so much soda dripping down it I refused to grab it until I was handed some napkins to clean it off with. That seemed to irritate him but I did not honestly care. Then he hands me the sundae and a bag. I was in such a rush to get back home after waiting an insane amount of time during a slow period that I didn't notice right away I was handed a thin shake in a bowl as opposed to a sundae. The melted sundae started to spill from the lid all over my front seat, purse and floor. I call to speak with a manager and all he wants to do about it is talk to whomever and find out what happened and tell me he is sorry. I just told you what happened SR....no offer of giving my $$$ back, or to clean my freshly cleaned vehicle of the sticky melted ice cream mess. Absolute HORRIFIC skills as management where customer service and...
Read moreWell, as always, it's a toss-up. You can get in and get your favorite ice cream and get out, or you can stand in line as everyone looks confused, like they just woke up and didn't realize they had to work today. I stood at the checkout with 3 tubs of ice cream while I watched what seem like it was everyone's first day, as I stood and watched I seen 4 employees see me and with no acknowledgement they looked away, no (someone will be with in just a sec sir) nope just a look and that was it. So after standing there for about 20 minutes while my tubs of ice cream were melting, an employee came from the kitchen side and said, "Sorry about your wait." Then preceded to tell me about the management and how her day had been. I'm not sure who owns this joint, but this chaos happens all the time. You might think about taking some time to make sure your staff is able to work as one unit with/without a Mgr. The people wanted to work, which seems like a rarity today. They need some organization or leadership to keep everything running as smoothly...
