I ordered through the drive through, and they told me to park. I parked, a worker came out and handed food to someone else. That person sat there in their car and looked through the bag for a couple minutes. Then the person returned the bag to a worker, and the worker immediately tried to hand it off to me, AFTER IT HAD BEEN HANDLED. There was no apology, no offer for fresh food, and no offer for a refund. I asked for a refund and an apology. I got a refund and the worker refused to apologize. I called the corporate office and was promised two sandwich coupons. Three weeks have passed and the coupons have not arrived. Why just pass food off to random people in the parking lot? Why not check receipts? Arizona law does not allow food handled by one customer to simply be handed off to another customer. There are minor exceptions for things like ketchup or saltine packets, but otherwise this is a blatant violation of the...
Read moreThis location is convenient for me, The staff was friendly, not very good at up-selling (that's a good thing for me as a consumer, no reason for someone to be pushy at trying to sell things I don't want, need, or cant afford, which I do understand from the business stand point it will increase the business profits and bottom line), but the cost of the foods somehow have gotten too high now, that's to eat a full mean can cost $6-9 or 10, which is the full buffet cost at other restaurants, depends on what you're buying and the value prices are not really a value if the cost of the the items is not $1 or less...Arby's food is most of the time is good, I myself have not had a bad experience with the food or the employees, but it's the customers who come in, and cause some kind of trouble for the location. I give it 5 stars for the employees working there, and 3 stars for the menu costs, equal to 4...
Read morePlease fix your speaker box in drive through. The person receiving the order was very rude because she couldn't hear our order. We shut the car off tried speaking slower which did not work. Once I approached the window for a $40 order I handed the girl a $100 bill. I watched her use the marker and pickup the bill holding it in the air to see. You could clearly see the 2 YELLOW LINES she marked. They were bright and not dark at all. She then proceeded to her manager saying she believes the bill is fake and they look like the lines may turn brown. The manager examined the bill and told her the lines were good and the correct markings were there. The drive through cashier then questioned her manager and proceeded to say loudly the bill was fake while holding it in the air examining it more while walking back to the window. I will no longer be going to Arbys here. Maybe retrain...
