Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Arizona

Not mad about it but I don’t appreciate it.

I came before they close at 9:55 when I stopped. There were two girls working in there and one of them was taking the trash out. I was trying to be polite but so I asked if they’re still open and she said we’re closed. I was looking at the closing time on the door and it’s still not the time. The door was unlocked so I asked the girl inside who’s the skinny (there’s no other way to differentiate between the way they look) and she said we close at 10 it’s okay. She was nice the whole time and I kinda took some time to order for my wife and I. She was working on the sundae, and the other one came in she looked irritated that I'm in and asked me if I needed anything else. I asked for three scoops. there was a big difference between her service and the other one. The course she gave me looked like half scoops. I intended to leave a leave a tip because the one inside was nice and doing well but I honestly didn’t and I regret paying money for that amount of ice cream and service.

It has been years since I had been to baskin Robbins I I'm not sure why I think that the retail market change so much and so many new types of gourmet brands were introduced it just fell below my radar but it was a friends birthday who had specifically asked for one of their ice cream cakes which I remembered as being quite good well in wecwent very clean well lit 2 19 or 20 year olds stood behind the counter taking to each other ignoring us in an empty store well the short story is the service was among the worse I have ever experienced they kept talking to each other like I was invisible and only talked to me when I asked a question which no matter how basic it was they never knew the answer well wr pretty much had to figure out everything about the cakes by ourselves but the real surprise came when I put a spoonful of the cake in my mouth it was wonderful all that I remembered it was so if you haven't been by one I. I'm a pretty big fan of Baskin Robbins, but after visiting the location on La Cholla, I will not be returning. I stopped in on a Sunday around 6pm to get a sundae and when I walked in, I was immediately disgusted by the appearance. The floors were disgusting and looked like they hadn't been mopped in weeks. The tables hadn't been cleaned, and there were 5 workers on duty one of which was behind the counter eating Chipotle....really WTF? That is extremely unprofessional and unsanitary. I placed a complaint on the Baskin Robbins website and hope this review makes it to the manager at that location.
