I’ve been coming to Dings for years and have loved the quality of the bobas they have. But my friends, I had an unusual experience today..I always order the same passion fruit slush boba every time but this time it tasted less sweet than usual. Usually a bearded guy makes it and makes them really well but this time it was a new girl that I’d never seen before. Anyway she made it this time and it tasted watery. I asked that the bearded guy remake it and the girl at the counter lost it. She started ranting that he’s her fiancée and is the manager and she’s worked as a manager elsewhere for years and wouldn’t stop getting angry. Although I understand we all have bad days, her reaction was disturbing and unprofessional. Anyway needless to say, the bearded guy/manager/fiancée looked a little scared - as was I. UNDERCOOKED BOBA!!!! The past two weeks we have been there twice and received terrible boba. Last week we were spitting out boba that was so undercooked it was hard! Today we got boba that was partially cooked but still raw and tough in the center. We have patronized this business for over a year but if I get one more drink with undercooked Boba I will go elsewhere. So this is my petition to the owners and manger to fix your boba. Today my mom and myself went to get tea! We love the product but the people who work here should get other jobs wow! The guy with the beard should have a hairnet??? And a new job how awfull he was! He acted like he was being bothered! I wanted to buy more but I didn't want to bother him!
