Ordered a delivery Friday Sept 3. I always use the tracer to see where they pizza is. It always has worked well. It showed the driver was almost here. That was 25 mins then showed delivered. Nothing at our door and I live 1.3 miles from the store. I tried calling and the phone just rang and rang after 20 mins without the phone being answered I got in the car and drove down. I went in not a happy camper asked for the manager. So long haired greasy looking guy said you will have to wait. I said no I am not I have and issue with my delivery I did not get my pizza. The "manager" claims that the my tracker ap very rarely works and that my pizza actually just left for delivery 5 mins ago. The phone was ringing off the hook. I said I tried calling but you guys don't answer the phone. He said I had 3 guys call in and I am not answering the phone. I said ok I will go home but it better be there cause it says it was delivered. I went home and no pizza got back in the car and went down there again. I went back down and the "manager" said well i guess it was misdelivered. No I am sorry nothing. I know I was not pleasant but when you are dealing with a customer you have to have a state of professionalism. I said look I am sorry about my attitude but one would hope the someone here would have modicum of intelligence. His response was that is why I am the manager. Heaven help us. I told him I wanted a full refund I paid the 3.95 delivery fee and added a 25% tip. When i was leaving that greasy haired guy yelled something at me. Read moreMy experience started off bad when I went to go online to order the pizza and was informed online ordering was down, this isn’t a big deal for me, but the experience there after made me more agitated the online ordering service was not working. I called and waited on hold for approximately 10 minutes before a man answered saying “hello” and then went silent. Any pizza place I’ve ever called has a more formal greeting or at least answers the phone with a kind hello, not one that is so clearly angry. Giving them the benefit of the doubt I said kindly what I was after. Every time I said so much as a word about what I was after he cut me off and would say something and I’d correct him. After being cut off multiple times by assumptions from a rushed agitated worker I asked if they could honor the discount I was going to get online before I finished that I was again snapped at and cut off to be told I wasn’t getting that because “it doesn’t work that way.” I said okay. The reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of one is they did apply a store discount for me so it came to out to about the same. My advice get some kind employees who don’t cut you off and make assumptions, and put up the online service if you can’t answer timely. Read moreThis is one of the worst experiences of customer service I've had in awhile. I ordered two pizzas, follow the Domino's tracker and left the house when tracker said pizzas were done. Took me 5 minutes to get to the store. I still there for almost 15 minutes waiting for my pizzas ask the lady how much longer is it going to be. Come to find out that someone there has dropped one of the two pizzas that I ordered and didn't say anything and decided to just let it go because they did not know what to do. the guy in the back said that they would remake the pizza they dropped and I have to ask the lady if they would remake both of them because I did not want the one that I've been sitting there for 35 minutes cold. All this time the lady never responded to me and just ignore me as they remade the pizzas. I was not offered a refund and upgrade to a larger size absolutely nothing. Almost 50 minutes later from the very beginning of ordering pizzas the lady comes out with my pizza and says there already.
