After being told they only had enough Teriyaki chicken for one bowl when we ordered 4 orders we took the option to wait the 7 minutes Angelica B gave us to wait in the parking lot. After 15 minutes I got out of the car and went inside where I witnessed Jay cutting up Teriyaki chicken and placing it in containers. I assumed it was our order, she proceeded to walk it to the drive thru window. I continued to wait in the lobby until I decide to confront a teenager working the register. I told him we were still waiting for our order in the parking lot, he asked me for my receipt, I went back out to my car to retrieve it. After presenting it to him he walked over to Angelica B and asked her if she handed that order out already - she had not. I then witnessed the manager Jay, start working on my order. I waiting a few more minutes then saw she was walking out to our car, I proceeded to also walk out to my car. When I got inside I brought it to her attention that our receipt time stamp said 6:25 and it was now 6:44. I said “we’ve been waiting 20 minutes for our food” she questioned whether or not that was true even having the facts in her face. I repeated myself again. She was argumentative the entire time. She said the other customers in Drive thru came first so they got their orders first. I reminded her we had been first, hence having to wait in the parking lot. My problem with her is, I witnessed her cutting the chicken and handing it out to customer who had come after us. The customers who order first should be served first. She apparently didn’t agree with that. She continued to say “that’s what I’m doing here. Bringing you food.” She never once apologized for the for wait, her attitude. She offered no explanation as to why she chose those methods. Read moreThis panda Express... .. .... this panda Express sucks. This is the worst one I have ever been to. If I could just not put a star I would. If i had to explain this panda Express i would say it's more like a house, when you leave the place it is great (managers) and is all done correctly but by the time you get back your kids destroyed the place burnt everything and somewhere down the line your adopted son timmy is tapped to the wall trying to reach the phone to call 911 while the other kids are outside socializing. I came here 4 times and today I finally was able to order something. In the past I know it was a bit late but it was always 30 or less before they were about to close just cause I get off work late. The first time everybody was walking out before they were even supposed to close. Second time I went through the drive through and nobody answered when I tried making an order. I was sitting there for about 10 minutes and nothing and the third was same as the first. Today I got my order and the teriyaki was burnt like a butter milk brisket you forgot in the over and it wasnt even cut up. I got more char pieces then I did chicken and the orange chick tasted weird. Tasted like everything was cold. Long story not so short I will never eat at this panda express again. Too much young kids and not enough adults taking care of the place. Very sad...
Read moreI'll start by saying Im 37. I have been to thousands of restaurants in my life.... This place gave me the worst service of my life, by far! I'm comparing this to every restaurant I have ever been to even Mc Donalds. Staff is rude and food was horrible! Like we couldn't even eat it. First I ordered at the drive thru and they told me to pull around and they would bring the food to my car. After sitting there and watching 5 people get orders (about 15min) I walk up and ask about my order. She rudely replied to wait in my car and someone will bring my food. After about 10 more minutes and 4 more people picking up their order, I go up again and was told the same thing. I had to argue to get her to look at my receipt and after she did, she walked back and started making my order finally. At this point I was just happy to have my food and be able to leave. So after making sure I had my sauce (cuz they will forget that every time at this location) I made my way home only to find this. CHECK PICTURE. This is so upsetting to me and my family. $24 for this? I expect more from a restaurant that charges so much for their food. I will be calling their Corporate office. I had to delete a previous bad review to post this. Thats how bad this place is! Do not go here unless you want to over pay for poor customer service...
