You know the rules, This place my friends isnt for everyone and today it wasn't for me. What a ROTTEN experience Today that I had at this place and it RUINED my lunch today. I will praise an establishment when all goes welI and I will critise an establishment that not so good. I ate here last week and had a good experience and I actually had a great experience with the waitress and she was awesome. She helped me with my order, helped me with me what I wanted, looking for for lunch and I actually and ordered more to eat. I was recently OUT of the hospital and I was hungry for some good food. Wings, fries and zucchini. It was good and I ate it all. Today my friends everytime when you have a good experience eating out the next time, it really could suck and it does. So I sat down waiting to see if the same waitress was here, no show, next waitress up. It too for ever to be seen, just ice water and tea. Not starting off very well. Finally she shows up. I was trying to explain to her what I had last week and also add an order a side order of onion rings. Sounds good right! NOT so fast my friends, to hear this conversation, it sounded like a comedy skit from Laural and Hardy, whos on first routine. Anyways I said I wanted 20 mild buffalo 🐃 wet wings,french fies, with zucchini on the side and an order of onion rings. I asked how many onion rings are on a side? She said 4, to me as a past experience line cook, all orders of onion rings are 10 or more. I asked her again, how many of onion rings are on a side order? Once again, she said 4. Not once that she mentioned oh you might want an aptitizer? Was not offered. What a joke. Look at the menu people. She is new, don't care or not into her job. I should have moved to another table, tried a another waitress, but after this comedy humor, I just wanted to pay for the ice tea, she never came, so I waved at a gentleman thinking it was a waiter. I said I wanted to go ,not eating here today and wanted to pay for my tea. He said that he would take care of it, meaning pay for my tea. You know what sad about this? He didn't go out of the way to ask any questions about the experience, he didn't ask me was everything ok,he just walked off,he didn't really care, and other customers would replace me. Why didnt he take of the matter right then and ther? So maybe why should this place care about customers experience. I haven't left the parking lot yet and i got a phone call from Tim. He said, Mistakes does happens, we are not perfect as TIMS says.And l know that,dah. I think that Tim got offended because of custuruction criticism. As I said I know that. I am an experienced line cook over 40 years plus of cooking. I think that he didn't handle it very well as a manager, if he did I would have still been there and enjoying my lunch. Tim don't call me, pull me up to the carpet have me give you any type of answer for my freedom of speech dude. I think freshly out of the hospital, Tim needs to take care of his customers a little bit better. This place wasn't very sympathetic towards me. I would have spent up towards $50.00 for lunch, 1 person, add it up, If you loose lots of customers, loose lots of 💰. I think that Tim, the manager, didn't like the honesty of me. Nothing was really resolved from his talk, why? Yes, I am a little disappointed, a little adjtaded, it will happen with any business but another business might be better. Oh I do read the good reviews and the bad reviews, personally I am willing to experience any establishment myself, I give most establishment a chance if they are the 1 I chose. I think that Tim called on the befor I had even left the parking lot and his voice, I think that he is a little bit mad because that I said things that he didn't handle very well, so my friends he just wanted to bully me around, What a joke.... Read moreThe waitress said the Play Two Combo would be around $25. I had originally asked for the Football Family Bundle, but they said that was only available on Sundays. What about Thursday night football? But whatever, the combo would be the second closest thing. It ended up being 45 DOLLARS because they didn't tell me I could only get a cheese pizza, so they tacked on charges for each pizza topping to make a House Special (pepperoni, sausage, green pepper, onion, and olives... Yeah.) The price was outrageous, but I accepted it because it had already taken me several minutes to order and I didn't want to waste their time even more. Why only a cheese pizza? Why did they ask which pizza I wanted if I could only get cheese? Which brings me to;
We waited almost 50 minutes for takeout. Not only did multiple people come, get their food, and leave, after 30 minutes the waitress came out and said someone had dropped the pizza, so they had to remake it. I understand mistakes happen, but all they offered was a free drink while we waited. That's acceptable I guess, but I would've preferred a discount or coupon.
Specifically in regards to atmosphere, the bar was full of TVs that no one was watching because it was playing nothing but sports and commercials. The seating here is uncomfortable and the decor is ugly and aggressively masculine. All my personal opinion, but these things changed the atmosphere of the restaurant into what felt like someone's dirty garage.
Perhaps the most important point; This is subpar bar food. I would not call it restaurant quality by any means. For example, the pizza was rubbery. The fries were undercooked, underspiced, and spongey. The meat that came with the fries was bland with an unpleasant aftertaste. The wings were overcooked, completely unspiced, AND unsauced with a splash of bbq lazily drizzled over the top. And, perhaps worst of all, all of it was just slightly warmer than lukewarm. This food was NOT worth $45.
I feel bad because on the one hand, the waitresses were obviously stressed out and underpaid and were running all over the place so I understand how they dropped the pizza, and the quality of the food is not their fault since they didn't choose the ingredients, but this establishment does NOT make itself impressive in any area of how it operates. I can't feel bad for giving a review that is 100% honest.

Read moreIf I could give this review a title it would be called DELIVERY NIGHTMARE!! Even though I read some horrible reviews, I still chose to order for the first time from the Hunt Hwy location because I was craving wings and they had a free delivery special. My first order was ordered online through their Native website and came when expected through someone else, Door Dash, but I was MISSING my caesar salad and my 14 inch cheese pizza was cold, dark, hard and burnt up. I was told if I wanted the pizza done over and my salad delivered that I would have to reorder online and pay again and then be refunded....
So I did my second order online and I got a call from a Door Dash driver, she said she was at Native to pick up my food but would have to wait about 15 minutes because the restaurant LOST my ticket. She waited and got my food but NEVER delivered it to me. I got an email saying my order was canceled with NO explanation why or why my food was kept by the delivery person when Native swore they gave it to her.....
Then I called Native and spoke to the manager. She said I could come and pick it up myself. I couldn't get a ride over there that day which is why I chose delivery because I don't have a drivers license. I called her the next day and told her that I had found a ride to come get my caesar salad and trade the burnt pizza for another one. She said she wasn't going to bother with making it again because I should have came in that same day. It's not my fault I was missing items from my original order and my food was stolen from the second order! I didn't even mention the rock hard skinny stale French fries that looked like they had been sitting out for a week. They were definitely inedible. The wings were soggy and cold, they tasted ok after I put them in the microwave, but nothing special. Finally after contacting CORPORATE I was able to get most of my money back. I should have listened to the reviews, but now I know to NEVER try this place out again. How are they still...
