Picked up to go orders here several times, each time I'd be expecting a better experience than the previous one being that I encountered an issue each time. My first visit here was a rather large order that I didn't check onsite. After getting home and unbagging everything, I realized that I was shorted a couple of orders of french fries. No biggie, I simply gave up my portion and gave it to my kiddos. After taking a few bites of the burrito I had them custom make, since they don't make Arizona Burritos (carne asada, potatoes, cheese). I was surprised that it didn't taste as good as I thought it would. My expectations are high when I eat Mexican food as I am Mexican. In my opinion, I didn't taste authentic Mexican Food. I could compare this burrito to one of DelTacos. The feedback I recieved from the Fambam was quite similar. We were simply not impressed. After several months and a trip to the grocery store, I drove past and decided to stop in and get me some Menudo (weekends only). Again, I wasn't impressed with the portion size or the taste. Just recently, I went in the early morning for a breakfast burrito after I got of work. I had them make me another custom burrito. This Breakfast Burrito consisted of steak, bacon, chorizo, eggs, potatoes, and cheese. I was asked if I wanted red or green chilè. I said green. I get home and unbag it to find 2 small containers of green chilè. I do understand that not everyone likes hot sauce but I love it and found 2 of them not to be enough. I usually use anywhere from 3 to 5 on my burritos. As I'm about ⅓ of the way through it, I bite into something rather hard. I'm guessing it was bacon that hadn't been cut into small pieces. The rest of the burrito had chunks of it throughout. These chunks were overcooked to top it off and were just inedible. I payed around $12 for a breakfast burrito that I ultimately did not finish. In conclusion, I must say that this place, in my honest opinion, is over rated and overpriced for the quality and quantity of food that you recieve. A neighbor actually recommended this place to me so I had high hopes and was merely disappointed each and every time I got food from there. With that being said, I would not recommend eating here. Check out Filibertos, much tastier food and they hook you up with plenty of green...
Read moreHorrible customer service! Been a regular customer despite the fluctuating prices every time I order the same darn thing! Last time I ordered, I complained about paying for $1 for a tiny ramican of pico, it's pico for goodness sake! The cashier doesn't even warn you that a side of pico is extra! I left a note for the owner to call me about this issue and he never called me. I ordered breakfast burritos for my co-workers this morning as I have made a decision to not eat there anymore and I ordered over the phone and came in about 8-10 minutes later to pick up, the cashier never put my order in. She entered it as I came in to pay therefore I had to wait for my food to cook even though I called in and pre-ordered. I asked the cashier why she didn't put my order in when I called over the phone, she stated it's because she knew who I was and she never knows if I'm going to be in a good mood or a bad mood. 😤😲....... I should of let her finish her sentence however, I jumped in and stated that my mood is not towards her (but it is today), it's towards the inconsistent and rediculous prices and the owner never calling me back. She stated that the owner didn't call me back because he didn't know what to say to me about my complaint. I now know where I stand in their eyes as a customer. I will definitely never step foot in that place again, I'm sure they are thankful I won't be back but I'll definitely tell everyone I know about the lack of care that place has for their customers and my experiences with that place!! The one star is only for the food because the people...

Let me just say, Los Favoritos is by far my favorite when it comes to fast-food Mexican food. They NEVER disappoint, and their serving portions are worth every penny, with the exception of the burritos, lol. I go there AT LEAST once a week, maybe 2-3 times, for lunch. My daughter begs me for the rolled tacos at least twice a week, and she's extremely picky and doesn't really like meat, I ALWAYS order the carne asada fries. The salsa is the perfect spice for us, and you need just a tad to get that kick, unlike other places where you have to use the whole container and sometimes two 😊.
If you haven't tried them, you MUST. Their prices are more than reasonable, considering the prices everywhere else. If you try the red chili, be warned ⚠️, it is extremely spicy (and they warned me), and I love spice!
Oh, also, I'm extremely picky when it comes to carne asada because I really really really, did I say really, hate the nerves and the fat 🤢 BUT, this is one of the very few places I love the carne asada, it's not fatty or full of nerves and is perfect for me.
Sorry, there are no pictures this time. By the time I decide to post a review, all the food is gone 😆
There is just one lady there, and she never greets and looks unhappy. Other than that, everyone else I've...
