Hi, im a delivery driver for grubhub. When I first walked in Raven asked in a rude manner what I needed. I said I had a grub hub order and then she said is it on the rack. No the rack was empty. And then she said well she doesn't have any order for it. I showed her my screen that said yes I do have a delivery for this location. Then she said we'll someone must have taken the order. I asked very politely that could they make it again seeing as I just drove 7 miles down to queen creek and the other lady Tonya yelled at me saying I dont care im not going to make your order. As if it's my fault that somebody took the wrong order. So I had to contact grubhub and they canceled the order and now im not going to get paid. I just had a baby and trying to make some extra money and these two rude ladies just literally wasted my time and cost me money. I don't want some sandwich or refund, I want those ladies to know that being rude to customers or delivery drivers is not acceptable. We all work hard and them assuming I don't matter because I'm just with grubhub is pretty low. Usually when I go to firehouse subs people are always pleasant, these two ladies reflect very poorly on your company and don't uphold values of hard working and kind people. Also. Raven was rude to the customer after me too. Some guy came for his online order and she said what do you want. They arrived about 30 minutes before closing around 8:30 p.m. They had several points to redeem utilizing their Firehouse Sub app, however there were problems with the app so they could not access them.... I met them there about 20 minutes before closing and tried to help them however continued having problems with the app. We decided to go ahead and order without utilizing the app at 8:45pm. We got our food a few minutes before closing time. Now I understand first hand that people don't like staying at work longer than they have to in the restaurant industry.... But an establishment should accommodate customers even one minute before close. We were trying to hurry and eat our food and we were almost finished when the manager came over and said we had to leave because they were closed. It was 9:09pm..... 9 minutes after closing! If I was to go into an Olive garden 15 minutes to closing, or any other restaurant for that matter, they would seat us and let us eat our meal and peace! I was quite shocked with the manager himself was this rude to us, And it makes me not want to go there again! I could see if we were taking our time and dilly dallying and making them stay an hour late.... But it was 9 minutes! Get a different job if you hate staying 9 minutes after... Read moreDo NOT go here at 8 pm or after, they are WAY too busy cleaning to leave for the day to deal with customers. They said they didn't get my mobile order even though the app said it went through, the confirmation email said it went through and my bank account said it went through. The girl, who I assume was the manager said she'd look it up...then went back to sweeping, about a minute later I walked over and asked if that got it...she said she couldn't get on system until cashier was off the register (would have been nice to know instead of thinking I was being ignored). When she finally got on, she looked, a ticket printed out and she put it in front of the girl making sandwiches, no acknowledgement to me whatsoever. She just went back to sweeping. I said, "well is that a yes?". I was so irritated at this point for being treated like I was a bother, when they called my name to pick up, I just took the bag and walked out. As I got to the door to leave, in a really loud sarcastic voice she shouted after me "Have a great night!". Now I know she did not really want me to have a great night with that snarky tone.
