I placed an order for delivery through the portal. The confirmation came back to be a pick up. I called to ask if it could be changed to delivery. The young man who answered the phone said “Sure, I took care of that for you for delivery. I thanked him and hung up. About 20 minutes later I got confirmation that my pickup was ready. So I called to verify. The same gentleman answered and said “Oh we can’t change it” I said “You told me you could. I wish you would have called me back to tell me it had changed so I could make arrangements.” He said he had to get his manager. Cory, the manager gets on the phone and tells me I should have called back to check. I asked why I would if I was waiting for a delivery. He was very rude in asking what I wanted him to do. I asked if he could now do a delivery and he said no. He offered a refund and before I could accept he said it would take 2 business days to go through. I said okay, then no because I don’t want to be out of the money for 2 days AND the pizza. He said too late. I refunded you. There’s nothing else I can do for you. I asked for his boss’s number and he told me he was sick. I asked again for a number to call and he said he would call me back. I told him I would hold. About 10 seconds later he returned to the call and said his boss was not available and to call back tomorrow. In the middle of me asking for the number to corporate, he hung up on me. When I was able to I went to the physical store. I told him I was there to get the information I asked for when he hung up on me. He wrote down a number that didn’t work. I asked for the corporate number. He told me he didn’t have it. I asked for his name. He refused to tell me. I asked the young lady for his name and she refused also. He picked up the phone to call someone and told them I was refusing to leave!! I told him you didn’t ask me to leave. I’m trying to get information on who to contact. He hung up the call and told me he was going to call the police. He did not give me the number to corporate or his name. I have never in my life dealt with someone so rude over a $20 pizza!! I called their partner store to get the information I requested and James, the manager there was nice enough to apologize and offer to make my order free!! Unfortunately, I could not pick it up due to the distance but I appreciated how he was trying to fix the situation. Cory apparently does not like working for Lil Caesar’s and should not have any job in customer service. This experience was appalling. He had so many opportunities to turn it around and make the situation right. He apparently does not have management skills. I filed a complaint with Customer Care and she said he didn’t even have the ability to do a refund so he couldn’t have!! Read moreHello, today February 5th at 7:00 pm a big problem happened that I am very angry that it happened, they treated my husband very badly, the only female worker who was on that schedule had a very bad treatment and not only with us but with another lady who had come and was very happy to use her Little Caesars gift card and this same woman snatched her card and she tried to make it work since it was not working for the lady and we went to complain about a pizza that they did not make well, we ordered a thin crust with pineapple with ham and mushrooms and they gave us a normal pizza with pepperoni, 3 meats and pineapple and with sweet chili and we went very respectfully to ask if they could change it and a blond boy told us that the pizza would be ready in 20 minutes, then we went back after 20 minutes to pick up the pizza and we were served by that girl who had already treated the lady I mentioned at the beginning very badly and she spoke to us in a very grotesque manner and told us that if we had already called a manager or we report it and we We tried to explain to her that we had spoken to the blond guy and she wouldn't let us talk and said she couldn't help us and then the blond guy explained to her what happened and showed her the pizza that they had given us by mistake and she came to where we were and asked us in a very rude way what was wrong with the pizza when the other worker had already shown it to her and my husband showed her the electronic receipt and she didn't want to see it and with her attitude we had to watch how she made the pizza for fear that she would spit it out or do something wrong, I feel that like any person we deserve respect and good attention more coming from people who come in a polite manner and understanding that mistakes happen, it's not fair that we receive this type of attention and because of their mistake not ours, I am very upset with this situation, we are customers who buy very often since we love Little Caesars pizza but this literally made me come home and not want to eat anymore because of the helplessness of being treated so badly and not being able to do anything, I hope that this situation can be fixed and they can Talk to this worker because we were very respectful and calm people but another person would never have reacted the way we did and probably something very bad would have happened because she didn't say a bad word to us but she treated us like garbage and from the beginning it seemed like she...
Read moreIf you're thinking about ordering online or ordering through their app, don't waste your time. They are both garbage! I spent a good amount of time trying to place my order both ways just to receive a notification that there was an error and that the order could not be placed. When I got there, I notified the cashier that the order that I was trying to place through app and online was not going through and that I also had promo codes along with my order. I ended up showing him my phone so he could look at the order and basically punch in the same exact things that I had put in my cart online. I thought all was good as he was able to pretty much kind of hook me up in a way since the new total with him was about a buck or two cheaper than what I had punched in through the app with my promo codes. I thought, aight koo... When I go pick up the order, the girl that hands me the order shorts me on some food (well at least that's what I thought). Come to find out, the guy must not have payed attention to my phone as all he had to do was punch everything in that I had on my phone. I asked her if he was still there and if I could just talk to him so we could figure it out. He was super cool about it. He owned up to his mistake and pretty much gave me a pizza at no extra charge in place of the crazy bread that was missing.
