Ok yes this is my 2nd review... So last night was one of those no cooking nights bc weâre moving out of our rental and the house looks like it was ransacked. My daughter, who is one of the pickiest eaters Iâve come across, insisted we order pizza again from Rosatis. It became her favorite pizza since our last order. I was honestly not in the mood for pizza but when she suggested Rosatis I thought I could be in the mood for pizza then haha. Jumping on their online ordering I totally spaced they have more than just amazing pizza. Iâm not good at choosing just one thing I want so I ordered the Cheesy Beef sandwich and a 1/2 slab of ribs. And of course a thin crust 12â cheese pizza. When it comes to cost, this place is more than fair for they quality of their food! I was âwowedâ by it being $29.17 and that was with it being delivered! In the special instructions under the pizza, I asked if they could make it extra crispy please. Since my daughter wonât eat pizza unless itâs crisp. I always ask/memo that at any place weâve ordered from and Rosatis nailed it. Other places they either disregard the memo or we get a burnt dried out pie. So thank you kitchen staff/chefs for thatđ¤ the pizza of course was delicious just like the last time đđ˝ Omg, get the beef!!!! I crave beef on occasion, like a good burger or steak from time time; this is it for me now. The au jus that comes with it has the best flavor and the beef wasnât fatty, plus theyâre generous with stuffing that perfectly toasted hoagie roll with it. Since moving out here I have been wanting ribs but havenât gone out for any yet. I wasnât expecting to have them the first time from Rosatis but I thought why not. đł glad I did!!! They were freakinâ delicious! The sauce had the perfect amount of spicy that doesnât over power and just a tad bbq sweet and they were cooked perfectly. Itâs rare to find a place that has such a variety of options on the menu but even more rare to find one that can nail it! You can expect to enjoy your meal here no matter what you order! And if you havenât tried anything else but the pizza I suggest you do cause you wonât be sorry. You might just find a place to go when you crave pizza, sandwiches, ribs and other stuff. I plan to try everything on their menu now. Iâm usually one that sticks to what I know is good because the times I have ventured and ordered something different off the menu I donât like it. Iâm not worried about that one bit at Rosatisđ Also want to add that their staff is super friendly. Our delivery guy was so nice, accurate on time and our food...

The beef sandwich is served on French bread drizzeled with Aus Jus. Ok, this is seriously good food. All you'd have to do to create a really close cousion of a Philly steak sandwich is to throw on some caramelized chopped white onion and if you really wanted to go full tilt, some sauteed green bell pepper or mushrooms. This sandwich is that good. The Caesar and Italian Table salads were ice cold, crisp and large. The side of garlic bread was delicious - smelled wonderful and was crunchy. Delivery was right on time (I ordered 90 minutes ahead for a later delivery time. Driver was pleasant. Another good experience.
My wife and I hadn't eaten all day as we spent the day flying back from Fort Collins, CO and with a weather related flight delay combined with a cleanliness issue on board that had to be resolved before they would allow passengers to board, plus the hour drive from Sky Harbor Airport, we decided to order delivery from Rosati's. We've never been disappointed and tonight was no exception. My wife had the Fettuccini Alfredo and I had the Mostaccioli with meat sauce. Our food was delivered in half the time we were told to expect. The entrees were piping hot, and HUGE, and our Caesar salads were well-chilled. The salads were fresh and crispy and contained a generous amount of shaved parm. The croutons were plentiful and also fresh and crunchy. My wife's Alfredo was very tasty. I typically don't order cream sauce based food because it can be overly thick and heavy and dominate the dish. Not this one. The sauce was spot on. Quite flavorful and perfectly creamy, more on the lighter side. Her pasta was cooked to her liking - neither over cooked nor al dente. My pasta was also properly cooked and the sauce was excellent. I've been making my own red sauce for years and Rosati's sauce is very similar. Not sweet. A tad tart as it should be to be authentic Italian. Plenty of ground beef mixed in. Each entree came with a generous portion of garlic bread which was delicious. Prices are too good to be true. Thumbs up...
Read moreFood is good, not great but management is terrible.
Iâve eaten here about a dozen times. Mostly the food is consistent, pretty good but not great. We usually eat here because they can deliver where no one else can. Never had an issue here until today when they messed up my order.
My wife ordered the same exact meal we always order which is:
A pepperoni and sausage white sauce pizza.
Well we received the pizza and it has tomatoes, ricotta, garlic and other stuff..
So we decide to call and was expecting to just get a credit for next time..
When we called the manager answered the phone with sass âHi this is the manager who took this orderâ
I knew as soon as she responded this way it wasnât gonna go well. She got defensive and was more worried about her pride on taking this order than she was about helping a customer. I know how this goes, I run a very large customer service based company and this is exactly what we train our employees not to do.
So she states: well you ordered a white pizza and thatâs what a white pizza comes with so if you want another one you will pay for it.
I told her we order it this same way every single time and never have we ever gotten a pizza like this⌠I even told her to check the account and she didnât even bother instead She stands her ground and says that we will have to pay for another.
I asked her if sheâs seriously going to take that stance and she confirms that thatâs how she wants to handle it.
It costs the business probably less than $6 to credit a pizza to a customer⌠so rather than set her pride aside and make us happy by giving us a credit that we probably would have forgotten about anyways. She decided to lead us to avoid Rosattiâs all...
