The 1 star is for owner of this franchise, the employees are amazing.
I'd like the believe that you made the idea of ordering online for party to make it easier on your customers And more Convenient HOWEVER I find this to be completely untrue an a total lie. I made my order online and my payment was processed. Imagine my shock when i showed up to the subway of my choice where I ordered from online to find nothing but 3 very confused crew memebers. Which by the way were 100% understanding and empathetic to my situation of knowing my party guests/family for My child's FIRST birthday were arriving in less then 1hr. To MY surprise they had no knowledge of my order. The very nice lady took control of the situation called the owner. Which by did not wish to speak with me at ALL during this situation did NOT APOLOGIZE what so ever. He insisted to your crew member that I must have been at the wrong location. Even after I had provided my order confirmation email and I could hear your crew member REPEATEDLY explain herself yes this location, yes almost a $200 order. I felt as if I was a criminal but clearly was not I had proof I had read the address over and over again. She came back to explain the process....that after I placed my order it was YOU corporate from there is to send an email to that owners store location with all my information and order. FROM what I understand YOU drop the ball completely!! I am really surprised considering I used your company before to host MOST of of my parties. HOWEVER after this fiasco I doubt I will be a returning customer. You really can't imagine how disappointed I was arriving there less than 1hr before my guest arrived and NO FOOD to serve. There really does need to be somekind of recognition for your 3 crew members working yesterday who BY THE WAY Apologized on your companies behave numerous times. NO THANKS to the owner at that location. Your crew members however managed to get my order ready unfortunately with out of there control LATE and after my guests had arrived. And called me letting me know the order would not be exact but called an asked for my approval on the changes. You can imagine I didn't have a choice in the matter. This was a complete fail on your part subway shame on you for putting your employees and me threw this mess. I EXPECT a phone call regarding this situation from a higher level then just the store owner at that location who never cared to take control of the situation or to make the situation correct.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI am very disappointed with this store. I went to this location last night between 5:30 and 6:30 and I got three subs for my self and other members in my family. Haven't to subway in such a long time and we just wanted an easy night. Everyone's food was good for them except mine. I ordered a tuna sub last night and I couldn't wait to get home and eat it. Once I got home and took a bite, I notice there was this weird taste to it. I thought to my self that maybe it was the spinach that I had on there but then I took more bites and noticed that it was the tuna and it was spoiled and went bad. I'm not sure how often then refresh their tuna but it was really bad. I started to get sick, my stomach was bothering me and I felt very nauseous that I just stopped eating it. I then called subway and spoke to this young guys on the phone and I asked for the manager and at that point, I guess her knew why I was calling because he went from nice to making it uncomfortable. His voice got a little shaky and said that the manager was not there and wont be in until tomorrow morning. I am unable to go there right now because I am at work but something needs to be done and also the kids that they have working there needs to check the food and make sure that it is good before selling to people. So I hope to hear from the owner or the manager Sherry really soon. Also the customer service was not that great. There was a guy and a girl working and they were so unprofessional. The girl did something to either the food and things that was on the floor that the guy did not like and yelled something at her right in front of me and then he then went outside but as he did he then yelled something again while exiting the building. Also they shoved all three subs into one skinny fitting bad along with three cookies that I also got last night. Who wants to eat smashed subs, not me and they had to know that putting everything into those bags would smash the subs. Just all around...

She has a group chat in text form where she sends you all the things you did āincorrectlyā to all employees and you can never escape work because of this group text. They will steal from you. If there is a shortage in the cash drawer she will take money from your check to cover it without asking you. They held my check hostage and told me she wouldnāt mail it to me she only gave it to me after I said Iād contact corporate (which I did) They watch the cameras all day/night and will text you about whatever is happening in your shift while youāre working. The sanitation in the restaurant is bad. They only allow 2 sanitizer rags a day (1 at day shift 1 at night shift) and it doesnāt matter if the rag has been wiping up meat juices it will still be used to wipe tables down it gets used to wipe the sandwich bar down. Even if the rags are black and nasty. The working conditions are unsafe. A bucket of water was poured behind me while I was helping a customer and the manager told me that if I fell it was my fault bc I wasnāt wearing non slip shoes that they Never made mandatory at the beginning of hiring me. I was required to climb a 6 ft latter to remove a leaking ceiling panel that was full of water and crumbled on me while I was still on the latter. The manager will take advantage of her employees. Some food is prepped without using gloves; tomatoes, bell peppers. The manager walks around the store barefoot sometimes. Iāve found dirty socks lying next to the onion bin. Theyāll leave their uniform sitting in the sauce bins in the back. They leave opened food around for days at a time. Overall bad working conditions!!!! Please do not work here. I feel for the kids that...
