2 month follow up on US cellular's 5G home internet. Connection speeds are throttled so bad at the end of the billing cycle, basic streaming services struggle to play and offten buffer. Large downloads fail. This is an account with advertised 600 gb of priority data, even with less than half that used the connection is still being disturbed the last 5 days of the billing cycle. Customer support only offers basic technical support and an obvious loop of excuses. I am 1 mile from a 5g tower and use exterior mounted receiver. 1 more month of noticing this I will definitely be canceling my service.
