Bobbie Sue's Restaurant — Restaurant in Arkansas

Generally we have a fairly good time when visit , last time was two weeks ago and had a horrible time! Our waitress was extremely rude from the time she got to our table. When we pointed out that there was an item missing from our meal that did come with it she processed to argue about it. She did bring out the missing item. Then when we went to pay still very unhappy about our visit, she tried charging us for the items that were missing and we had yo ask for, when showed her that the item did come with the meal she continues to argue with us for 5 to 10 minutes .About it. We said heck with it we paid for it any way since we have jobs to get to. We would go to Bobbie she's weekly to every other week this is the first time we had ever had this issue.. We will not being going back and will not recommend...

Disappointed in the owner’s Attitude when told what the waitress said to my husband and I about me wanting lunch At around 1015 am and was told it would be a long time but asked how long and wasn’t given an answer then asked another waitress and was told they do not serve lunch until 11 am . I wanted vegetables and chicken strips non that has to be coooked on the grill. The lady next to us with her husband wanted lunch as well and was told the same thing by 2 waitresses and she wanted Spaghetti. No foods that had to be cooked on the grill. After the way the manager talked to me on Facebook we will never go back. My hubby wanted breakfast so I sat there even tho I am a diabetic and needed to eat. But I very rarely eat breakfast foods. Found this place driving through the town looking for a diner to eat breakfast it was .8:00 am and the parking lot was full. We were greeted by a friendly waitress who seated us as soon as we we walked in. Our waitress name was Jill she was amazing. The atmosphere was pleasant and home like . I loved the tribute wall for the Veterans. Food was delicious and was served with a smile. We were there for breakfast but the menue had lunch and dinner options . My eggs were cooked perfectly as ordered over- medium and the gravy looked and tasted homemade and was served like it should be over the biscuits! Bobbie Sue's is a "must do" again.
