McDonald's — Restaurant in Arkansas

UPDATE: It seems that the one manager I had the issue with is trying to rectify his wrong in some sort. So I'm changing this to (3) stars just bc the other workers I've encountered really are affable and professional. They actually deserve 5-stars.

Previous post: I come here routinely, and have always been treated great by the other workers. Today this guy (Ken) was quite rude from the start. I didn't think anything of it though, but when he called me up to get my food. I asked for ketchup. He then THREW the ketchup towards me on to my tray and walked away. Irritated by what had just transpired I started recording. I get that the other guy stated they are understaffed, but that is just not acceptable!! This 1 star is solely towards that one worker. I will.also state that two other employees came apologizing for his wrong. I really appreciate those two employs, but it was definitely no need for them to...

The food is very good and most people are nice but I cannot tolerate the older black haired women who usually did the front counter when Covid wasn’t happening. She is extremely rude and cold. I came through the drive thru got my food and parked to use the wifi as I ate and as she took food out to the other people she walks by me and says “waiting for food?” She knew I wasn’t I wasn’t in the waiting spots. I said no. Then she says very VERY rudely “oh so just using free WiFi then.” And then I informed her I had gotten food already in the drive thru. She eyed me very coldly and rudely as she walked in and I drank my drink in front of her. This is not the first time she has been rude and it’s not the first time I’ve reported her. The rating starts off as asking why you "hated" this particular institution. I don't "hate" any of them that I rate. Lol. When I was a kid, even up until my teens, I looked forward to eating Mcdonalds and other fast food. McDonald's was inexpensive, I didn't know how to cook that well, it was convenient, and almost everyone of my friends ate there. As I grew older and started reading and researching a healthier lifestyle and fast food and any restaurant prepared food, I no longer had the desire to eat out every day. Sorry if this isn't what you wanted to read about McDonalds, or any other fast food establishment, just wanted to put out there that there are more healthier options, By the way, the bright yellow arches make it an excellent place to meet someone if it is on a main road because they are easy to see....
