This is getting out of control. I've been going to this place for years, and things have never been this bad. Not only do I agree that the burger's quality is deteriorating considerably but the service deserves an audit of its own. The Friday and Saturday night have become terrifying in this place. For the last 6 Saturdays in a row, I've showed up between 1:30 am and 2:00 am to get my usual knowing that the place closes at 3:00 am as shown on their website. The staff is doing whatever they can to keep customers at bay, lying about the closing hours, cutting of the lights and stating that you need to go eat your burger elsewhere because "the dining room is closed". I've had systematically the same treatment for all my last visits. Its really sad because this is how one can screw someone else's business in real time. Tonight was kinda more aggressive and more disrespectful than ever. when the girls said (after payment) that I had to take my burger to go as they were closing at 2am (it was 1:55 am), I then turned to the other girl making by the shake machine and asked her what was the closing time, she backed her up and confirmed 2:00 am. I knew it was all bullocks. I went to my car and had my burger in there, which I really hated. I stayed in the lot until 2;20 and during all that time after 2am, people were going in and out: I was furious, I was disgusted. The irony is that I went back in to discard my trash and fair enough doors were still open and customers were all over the place. I am extremely annoyed by this last experience and it has just sealed it for me. I sure can live without this place. The manager (whoever he is) has a lot to...

OBNOXIOUS, DISCRIMINATORY, AND DISCOURTEOUS management. On 10/05/2015, I was sitting in this restaurant that I occasionally patronized. (Had also previously sent my worker(s) to pick up large to-go lunch orders for my company as well). I took out my laptop to do some work + I had an attorney call to place at 6pm. Figured I would get a sandwich to take with me after I finished my call. Here came the lil' Mexicano supervisor interrupting my damned call talking shyt about "their store dining area policy limits visitors to 2 hours." Keep-in-mind... I've seen people "camped out" in this place before. PLUS the place was damned near empty at the time. (Maybe 10 customers at the time + NUMEROUS empty & available booths & chairs). When I confronted the beyotch & asked for the owner's name & contact info., he decided to get "quiet." He would not summons the owner/manager. Beyotch had the nerve to threaten me with calling the police. I told him "go ahead." I cursed his ass out (sans the profanity). And asked him what if I called customs & immigration on YOU?! Do you even belong in this country?? MoFo gave me the deer-in-the-headlights-look. I left...

I will NEVER spend my money with them again. In previous visits, their food was over-priced and...

You don't have to take my advice but I consider myself a hamburger expert, first off I now know why this place is always empty! I placed a online order there's no way to add reg toppings to your burgers the picture they have isn't how the burger comes its plain but again there's no way to add ketchup, mustard etc. So you get plain. Service was nice and they kinda seemed like they cared but communication was very hard all 4 of them didn't understand English very good. A burger joint at this location should be hoping like Mario's across the street, it's packed right now. The burger was very thin and expensive for a plain old burger it wasn't good or bad it was just a boring expensive burger.. the shake was good it tasted fresh but they need to find a way to keep them cold instead of it just sitting out on the counter melting, after all its almost a $8.00 shake. Whoever said it compares to five guys has little taste. 5 guys isn't the best burger around but depending on the day it's up there and they have unlimited toppings no dollar for this a dollar for that a fixed up burger here could cost north of $ 17.00. Anyways burger nothing great, service hard to understand and inside needs updating. The front main windows are broke and ready...

Overall the burger was good. But the price was bad. Luckily had a groupon. If I had to describe the visit it was a cross between five guys and Wendy's. The burger tasted exactly like a Dave's Single from Wendy's. Don't get me wrong this my favorite fast food burger. But if I am paying these prices I'd rather go to five guys. The fries weren't that great to me. I also don't really enjoy 5 guys fries either. They have that brown like soft texture. I prefer more like McDonald's chick fila fries. The shake was good, I got an Oreo shake. But I'd rather get a shake at steak and shake. The onion rings were decent. We got the half and half. Which means half fries and onion rings. It did come with alot of fries and onion rings to be fair. They also had alot of sauces/condiments to try on your food. I probably wouldn't go back. So many other burger places I'd rather go, but I get the appeal.

My experience was similar to most of the reviews. Good burger, plenty of choices, good fries, and seems like a clean place. Burgers and fries are probably better than 5Guys and Shake Shack, but not as good as BTS. I was the only customer in the place today and when my order was ready, they made me come get it at the counter. I realize this is not a table service place, BUT they could have made the effort to come over 20 feet. The place loses on star for being a bit expensive and their ice tea sucks.. see my receipt in photos... $14.50 for a double cheeseburger, small fries, and a drink. The ice tea system is not really a fresh brewed taste and I had to dilute it with 50% water. I could have saved $2.40 by just getting water. Ii

I like to show what was ordered for food reviews: Bacon Hot Dog Single Patty Cheeseburger loaded Philadelphia Cheesesteak green peppers, mushrooms and onions Oreo Milkshake Cookie Dough Milkshake Chocolate Mint Milkshake Small Fries Total: $47.00 The service and presentation was excellent and the ordering process simple and very kid friendly. The Cheesesteak was delicious and the only reason this isn't five stars is that they had no Wiz Cheese. The Cheeseburger and bacon hotdogs passed mustard with my two picky eaters. Overall, a great experience but for the style of eating it was a tad higher in price than I expected. But as my daughter says, "you get what you pay for" and this meal was outstanding.
