Worst experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant, anywhere. Absolutely disgusting service. Came in as a party of 5 on a Saturday night, and was subjected to NASTY attitudes, eye rolling, scoffing, and openly disrespectful behavior. Not sure if my initial request to have my party of 5 seated at a table for 6, instead of the original table for 4, that the waitress had asked us would be okay. However, after that, the service became unimaginably disrespectful. A waitress/ bartender/ potential manager (young asian woman with black hair and a tattoo under her right collarbone) was standing off in the corner smoking what seemed to be a marijuana device. Our first waitress, Simi, brought us the first half of the food and after a hushed discussion with the aforementioned individual had them deliver the rest of our food with a nasty look and attitude while rolling her eyes and set one of our orders down on the table while verbatim states “this chicken sandwich” completely away from the person who ordered it. Asked if we could have the side of sauce (which was ordered originally) and received another eye roll and departure from the table while not allowing us to finish speaking. Then, when she came back with the sauce, we asked “I’m sorry, did this (whole chicken) come with radish?” To which no answer was received but another eye roll, scoff, and departure from the table. When the radish was brought out, again with a foul look and aggressive attitude, a member of my party asked, “I’m sorry, is there an issue? You are giving us a lot of attitude” to which she replied “I’m tired” and simply walked away. After the bill was paid and we were leaving the restaurant, I was last out of the door, at which multiple individuals yelled “thank you! Have a good night!” in an extremely sarcastic, petty tone. To which I stepped back into the restaurant and asked “why has this been such a poor experience? The last time I was here, the experience was great and I wasn’t given any attitude. I tried asking for changes and for things that was left out of our order very nicely and that seemed to make the staff more aggressive and rude.” To which they replied, “I’m tired. I didn’t roll my eyes, that is just how my eyes are. Have a good night.” And when I asked them, “what were your names?” They just replied with “have a good night” This was an extremely disappointing and upsetting experience. I guess it makes sense that they treated our party with such carelessness, as their store policy is to include 20% gratuity automatically on parties of 5 ore more. Honestly if I could give it negative stars I would. Went on Saturday night 12/7, and had the most terrible, rudest service. It started off with our waitress Simi who the whole time had a nasty attitude & was so clear that she was gossiping about my party and I. Then continued on with another woman (asian, black hair, tattoo under her right collarbone), not only was she smoking out in the open but she was scoffing, rolling her eyes, & ignoring us when we would ask for something when we were being polite the whole time. When we asked what the issue was all she said was she was “tired” & rolled her eyes and walked away. Unfortunately because we were a party of 5, tip was already added but honestly they didnt deserve any of it! Literally so rude and sarcastic, as we were leaving they were screaming “bye” & “goodnight” in the most sarcastic bs way possible and my party and I stepped back in and asked what the issue was yet again. They continued to blame it on being tired & all of this other stuff & wouldn't give us names & would interrupt me while I was talking & didnt even apologize until the near end. Worst customer service EVER. This place used to be the spot and its unfortunate because the food is honestly good but the service here has gone down hill. Absolutely terrible. On top of that… I think its HILARIOUS how all of a sudden theres some “positive reviews” on this restaurant with these same waitresses legit not even a full day of the initial review being added. LOL owners of this restaurant need to do better with their hiring and not just “review” things with their employees. They are being paid to work! Not gossip or smoke!!!
