Order Mother's Day dinner to go , my dinner was the ribeye steak loaded potatoes, broccoli. Chip and salsa and sweet tea. The steak fir tge price was very small it was seasoned good, but fatty, the loaded bake potatoes was just okay and tge steamed broccoli had not been steamed at all it was justvput on the plated without being cooked and about the sweet tea it was just water and so was the chips and salsa which I returned the next day and the Manger abided me with a new bag of chips price some salsa which was nit water. The dinner was for 6 people. Please people check your food before leaving tge restaurants with to go orders because they will serve you the slop of the food chain. Spending $100 at Chilli's , and they shhould be ashamed of themselves as a restaurants to send out the food they did and the price the charge. These major restaurants wants to continue to raise prices on their food but lower the quality on their service and production of the food.. These mangers that they are hiring to have their staff do a good job should be doing their job also and making sure that food is not going out to people any kind of way. People spend their hard working money on quality food and service do your job and give them that.!!! I glad tge day Manger came out and corrected the problem. Not everyone can return back and request their food replace so fix it right the first time, is that so hard to do? You only have one job and that is making a person dinner delightful,...
Read moreArrived approx. 8pm. Short wait. Told hostess we had 7 in our party and a stroller. When taken to our seats hostess tried to set us at a table for 6. They crammed a chair in to make 4 seats on one side and 3 on the otherside and no place for the stroller. We put stroller at the end of the table. Hostess said no stroller or seating at end of table. She said she could split us up at 2 tables. We told her we came to eat together so we will sit together. She went to ask Mgr. (White male with glasses, mustache and heavy set.) He advised that we couldn't have stroller in isle. The far south side of restaurant was totally open. The corner table would have accommodated all of us. Mgr. Immediately said that section was closed. The stroller took up 1/3 of the isle. It would have allowed the server more room down the isle than we had between us and the table directly behind us. Maybe he could have sat us at the corner table in the closed section and told his hostess not to set anybody at the cramped table they tried to seat us at. This would have not put a burden on the staff if they were short handed and it would have allowed chili's to make the $150.00 plus on the bill. The feeling received was that of non accommodating and they really didn't care if we spent our money there or not. I guess this chili's is way up in the green and really doesn't need the money. We left and went to another near by restaurant where we were accommodated and spent our $182.00 plus...
Read moreBecause it happened a second time a year a part, this is clearly a location with incompetent cooks, server on the line to QC, and management. We ordered the fajita trio with double beef and chicken. No shrimp. The order a year ago was such an ordeal with the manager and DoorDash that we stopped ordering from Chili's altogether because DoorDash forces this store. Here we are thinking surely it won't be the same experience. Wrong! The printed ticket clearly shows the order as requested. The cook was able to put the correct tortillas with the order, so how did they overlook the rest? Some people have seafood allergies. Some just hate it, as in this case. Either scenario, between the cooks and the server on the line to QC, it doesn't happen. If you dine here and have someone with a food allergy, you are safer to avoid the entire Chili's chain. Although they have a "see server" option to alert the cooks, reading is a challenge. And a mistake (or intention) that could be life-threatening. It's repetitive for this store. The female manager tonight, 12-19-24 didn't offer to take down our information. It is custom policy that the store mail "Be our guest" gift cards for such screw ups. She didn't offer. Possibly because she was an internally promoted server turned manager, and at a age where customer service was never taught or absorbed.
EDITED TO ADD: Brinker's reply. LOL. The review says everything you need to know. Call...
